The cottage, which covers nearly 100 m2, is the result of a quality renovation that was completed in January 2017. The Gîte consists of 3 bedrooms with their own private bathrooms. The cottage is equipped with all modern comforts (oven, induction stove, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, internet). The wood and stone give this place a luxurious and warm atmosphere. Nestled in its mountain setting, the Gîte offers you an authentic charming stay. Located on the balconies of Cerdagne, quiet, you are facing the Catalan Pyrenees with a great view.

You will love the authenticity of this old sheepfold all in stone and wood and its large living room, 4.60 m under the roof, a mezzanine bedroom, and a master bedroom. All tastefully renovated. The pellet stove, very powerful, will provide you with the desired heat. It consists of a living room-kitchen-dining room, a bedroom, a bathroom and a closed porch. Housing area 30m2 (excluding the porch of about 6m2). It has a large terrace with views and a small garden down stairs with a solarium and barbecue. To access the house, there is a right of way through the neighboring house.
