Countryside bungalow

AlanRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Set away from the crowds the cottage was an idyllic spot to take in the ambience of the beautiful mountainous countryside. The cottage was very spacious with lovely touches such as cake, flowers & fresh milk in the fridge. The master bedroom was very comfortable and the entire property was very homely and inviting. Although the weather prevented us from eating breakfast outside the views from the dining room table were equally as stunning. It also had a stocked games cupboard, which led to an intense Tiddlywinks battle. We were only here for one night, but we would not hesitate a return stay. Once we had returned home we received a message from the host informing us that we had left a coat behind. Graciously they helped return it, which we really appreciated.

Betws-y-Coed Bell Tent (Siabod) in Snowdonia

We really enjoyed staying here! It was really peaceful, with lots of great walks nearby. We really made good use of the fire pit. Defo would recommend preparing for colder nights than we did, but otherwise we had quite a comfortable stay.

Barlwyd Off-Grid Glamping

Amazing views! Such a beautiful place, it’s a funny experience to travel by golf buggy up to the sheltered huts. The huts are perfect with everything you need to have an amazing time. Host was very quick to answer any questions, the restaurant at the bottom of the hill is also very nice.

Luxury house in Snowdonia with hot tub & playroom

BeverlyRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Perfect place to stay for all amenities. Close to Snowdonia, lovely Waterfalls and walks and beach only 20 mins away. The house fully equipped. The hosts had thought of everything from stair gates for small children to games room for slightly older children. Would have no hesitation recommending this property.

Caban Siabod

JamesRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Strongly recommend staying at Penelope’s cabin if you are looking for a quiet and peaceful place to stay! The cabin itself was extremely cosy and well maintained. The view from the deck outside was stunning - if the weather was better we would have sat out there for hours just taking it in! Amazing walks within a 5-10 minute drive too. Penelope was extremely friendly and helpful and responded quickly.

No. 32

Kim's house is lovely - clean, with fluffy towels and soft carpets, nice furniture, a big garden, a comfortable sofa - exactly what was needed after a day out. Location is great, too, although we couldn't find the house at first (Google maps gave us a location for the middle of the cluster of houses, but you just have to follow the house numbers and the house is near the end of the cul-de-sac). The town is 5 minutes walk away, with a beautiful river and a 400-year old bridge over it. The Gwydir castle is a 15 minute stroll. It's also a perfect place to explore the vicinity - Betws-y-coed is 4 miles away and worth a visit. Kim also offered a late checkout which was wonderful, and a welcome pack was a thoughtful surprise. A really wonderful place.
