Late Gothic house from 1519

The late Gothic house from 1519 is the oldest, preserved residential building in the Untermhaus district & was very elaborately restored & renovated in 4 years. The former building ruin has become a small gem. Particular emphasis was placed on the expansion with ecological building materials, such as clay & lime, clay colors. Many old historical components were reinstalled. During the dismantling work, another hand-painted approx. 500-year-old plank ceiling was discovered.

My fully equipped apartment is located on the edge of Gera. Free parking is right in front of the house. TV, Wi-Fi and a well-equipped kitchen are available. Centrally located, new and modern furnished apartment in the center of Geras. Close to everything. The bakery is right next door. Two minutes' walk to the tram and 10 minutes to the beautiful market. 4 adults can easily stay there. The highlight is of course the beautiful large roof terrace. Shower and bathtub as well as a fully equipped kitchen leave nothing to be desired.
