Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Loborika

Martino and his parents were very welcoming, kind and nice, the accommodation is new, very clean and very spacious. The area is very quiet and by car you can reach very beautiful beaches with ease, the center of Pola can be reached on foot in about 20 minutes. A stay here is really recommended.

The best Airbnb we have stayed in. We only had two days at Luciano’s place but we wish we could have stayed longer. Luciano and his wife were amazing with the children, they gave my son his favourite chocolates and gave him a tractor ride. The house was spotless, comfortable and everything had been thought of. We will definitely be returning in the future for a longer holiday. We went to the local town for coffee (where we found lots of lovely cafes and restaurants) and also found a castle in the centre of the town which the children loved. The local supermarket was well stocked. If you are thinking of staying here you won’t regret it. We had a very memorable stay to end our ten day road trip.

Igor has been waiting for us and helped to take our luggages up to the apartment. He was very helpful and kind. The fridge was filled with different drinks and a bottle of wine on the table. The apartment was very clean and nice with attention given to every detail. We could park our car with Igor’s help right behind the building where we stayed. It was nice and peaceful watching the sunset from the balcony. We would like to come back here again.

Lovely apartament, very clean and cozy, perfect for a short to medium stay. The house is actually very well furnished, like someone actually lives in it, unlike some bnbs that are just filled with cheap furniture. The balcony has a very pretty view, there's a table and some chairs to sit down and eat with an extendable tent above. The place was clean, towels were neatly folded on top of the bed ready to use. The host was also very understanding for a small delay we had during check in. Would definetely come back again.

Dajana was a fantastic host! So warm and friendly, made us feel at home and welcome! Lovely apartment and great view! Easy walk to the beach which was amazing and peaceful. The apartment was lovingly furnished down to the smallest detail. Even the refrigerator was already filled with "delicacies". If you had forgotten something at home, you would find it in this apartment. If not, Zorica will get it right away. Very clean, almost new and modern, air conditioning, no noise from the landlord perceptible, immediate proximity to the beach, yet a lot of forest, a few meters further a nice beach restaurant, a wonderful small terrace for us alone for sunny breakfasts; simply everything you need to relax. Partygoers have a bit of a harder time here.

The house is just as beautiful as in the photos. We felt right at home. Everything is very clean, the landlord has always been available and the hot tub is cleaned regularly. Everything was great. 😊

We liked the place very much and was as described. Elena and Marco were always very easy to reach and always tries to solve all concerns quickly. We would book the place again anytime. After every trip, it was a highlight when you came back, opened the gate and drove into the yard. Really recommended! In the village itself, there is not really anything to do, but from there you quickly go to very beautiful places.

Wonderful house and great host. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings and well worth the price. You have direct access to fresh herbs, homemade wine, rakia, jam, and eggs by the host. Perfect for a quiet time away from traffic noise and light pollution. Walking distance to several nice hiking locations. Would love to stay here again.

The vacation home was found as described! The outdoor area with pool is very well maintained and beautifully lit in the evening. The interior is tastefully furnished and very clean! The kitchen equipment is excellent, everything that was needed was found. The location of the house is very quiet and idyllic! It is about 25 minutes by car to the beach. Communication with Boris was impeccable! The vacation home is recommended!

Modern and spotlessly clean apartment. Approx 12 min walk into the centre of Pula. Free parking space which is unusual for Croatia as most hotels charge €25 per day. Beds were not the most comfortable as mattresses were very hard. Please be aware of no lift within building and 6 flights of stairs.

We spent 14 days with Franko and his wife Milena in the apartment. A great stay from front to back. Everything was as it was described. The location of the apartment is great in the middle of olive groves. The peace up there is indescribable and you can completely switch off. Franko and his wife are absolutely nice people with a good heart and always an open ear and very helpful. We can therefore only highly recommend the apartment to everyone, as well as the olive oil produced by Franko himself.

Very warm welcome from Alba (mother) and Goran on the phone. They were also allowed to enter the accommodation earlier because the apartment was ready. We felt right at home. The pool is just amazing and the apartment spacious for 4 people . It is right next to the main house where Alba lives. We could have eaten outside the apartment at any time or at Goran/Alba on the property. The location is perfect for excursions and a supermarket , the bus stop and a few restaurants are just a few minutes walk away. The communication with Goran was perfect! We loved it so much that we reserved for next year. Looking forward to it! Warm greetings to everyone we got to know

The place has everything you need and more. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the location is quiet and just a 10-minute walk from the old city center. If you enjoy dining outdoors, there’s a table in front of the garden. We had no trouble parking or exiting with a wide car (Tesla Model Y).

Sanda is a wonderful host. Very accommodating and proactive. The place was also very nice, even if the kitchen is rather small, you will find everything you need. The location of the accommodation was also very good and thanks to the great tips from Sanda, we were able to do nice things. We are very happy to recommend the place!
