Small seaside, independent garden room with private bathroom for one person. Just a 5 minutes walk from the beach and a 10 minutes cycle from shops and restaurants. Private entrance and use of back garden terrace. A bicycle is available free of charge. There is Wifi, small fridge, ,electric kettle , coffee machine and microwave. Please note that there is no kitchen or tv. Bus stop nearby. I am an English speaker and live just beside the studio . Some noise possible due to next door renovation

Renovated fisherman's house in a cul-de-sac with enclosed terrace, 2 bikes available in outdoor storage, in the heart of the village of Locmiquélic. The shops and the marina are 200 m away, you can reach the center of Lorient by boat bus in 6 minutes and enjoy the beaches of Port Louis in 5 minutes by bike. The house consists of a living room with equipped kitchen open to the living room, a shower room with toilet; 1 bedroom upstairs. No smoking, no pets allowed.

Les plages de Port Louis se trouvent à 4 kms et le stationnement est facile et gratuit toute l’année. Commerces, restaurants à proximité ( pizzeria, boulangerie et supermarché bio à 750 m).

Nous vous proposons à la location notre charmante petite maison de pêcheur typiquement bretonne.Située à Locmiquélic, les commerces à proximité à pied, vous pouvez vous rendre à Lorient par le Batobus, aller visiter la citadelle de Port-louis et profiter de sa plage (à 3.5 km).... Sur la période estivale du 04/07/2026 au 29/08/2026 les arrivées ne sont possibles que le samedi et la durée du séjour est de 7 nuits minimum.
