Small family house located in the countryside at the entrance to a hamlet. The bay windows give access to the terrace and the small private garden. The outdoor living room is sheltered under the porch. We live in the adjoining house, without a neighbor opposite, and share the entrance courtyard and its parking with the cottage. You will have a terrace with lounge and barbecue. On the ground floor is the kitchen area, dining area, lounge and bathroom. The 1st floor is furnished with 2 bedrooms (1 bed of 140, 1 bed of 90 and 2 bunk beds of 90) and a toilet. On the 2nd floor is a very large bedroom (160 bed) with a terrace overlooking the sea.
