We (Linda, Flori, child, child and dog) live in the beautiful small town of Pritzerbe. Pritzerbe is located about 75 km from Berlin and can be reached optimally by train. In 2013 we had the opportunity to buy a property right on the water. In addition to our now fully renovated single-family house, our cottage located directly on the waterfront is also located on the property, which we have now also partially renovated. Our holiday home is located 12 km south of the Lutherstadt Wittenberg. The old house of about 90 m2 has been lovingly renovated by us and the character has been largely preserved. On the lower floor are a kitchen-living room with seating for 6 people, a bathroom with bathtub and living room, on the upper floor two separate bedrooms and a toilet.
