Enjoy a relaxing bubble bath in the deep, old-fashioned clawfoot tub after a day on the lake. Our metal roof creates a soothing symphony of raindrops on rainy days, adding to the romantic ambiance. The Great Escape is on the shore of beautiful Lake Fork in Emory, Texas. It's a charming 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with wood beams, shiplap walls, and more! The backyard boasts a large covered porch with grill, a beautiful pergola with individual swings, and a large covered dock with boat slip as well as covered and uncovered seating areas. The Great Escape is situated in a quiet, private neighborhood and is perfect for a guys' fishing trip, a girls' get together, or any getaway you choose!

If you've ever wanted to experience living in a tiny home while fishing from the backyard come stay here! The second bedroom is a beautiful loft in this 6 year old 900 sq ft lakefront retreat. Cute Athens is only 5 miles away, and Canton's First Monday is 30 miles away. After a fun day of fishing, kayaking, SUP races, swimming in the lake, pedal boating, feeding the ducks, cornhole, or frisbee throwing enjoy a gorgeous east TX sunset with your favorite beverage and then a fire with s'mores.

This newly built home sits on two acres of lakefront property. Only an hour outside of Dallas but feels miles away from everything. Whether it is relaxing in the spa, pool, playing pickleball, having coffee on the back porch, enjoying the firepit or kayaks… This place has it all! It’s truly a secluded, beautiful place to unwind and relax with family and friends. Prior to booking with us, I want to state that the spa is not a hot tub. So if it is below freezing it can’t be run. Thank you!!!
