Ihana, juuri remontoitu puusauna, jossa lempeät löylyt. Naapureita ei ihan vieressä. Mökki ei sovi ihan pienille lapsille eikä liikuntarajoitteisille, koska on isot korkeuserot ja rappusia. Mökissä ei ole vesijohtoa eikä viemäriä. Järvessä saattaa esiintyä levää jossain vaiheessa kesää, mutta saunaan saa puhdasta vettä talon porakaivosta
