This has now become an active family farm that requires land and livestock maintenance on a daily, you may hear a bit of noise during daylight hours, unless it’s a holiday weekend when my kids visit, those weekends can get a lot louder. I have been trying to keep my kids quiet for nearly 38 years…..if you’re a parent, you understand. Ha. It’s beautiful here, and your comfort is top priority. Mini Rock Fortress w/65" TV & Large Shower

Breathe in some fresh mountain air with a starry night view in this private tiny cottage on Signal Mountain. Nice 65" flat screen TV in bedroom & large tile shower in bathroom. Bathroom is a shared bathroom 30 ft down walkway (see photos) from the fortress. Check in is Anytime after 5 has digital code entry. Ceilings in the fortress are lower than 7 ft and is 260 sq ft large. The mudroom/bathroom has high ceilings & is 110 sq ft so combined it's 370 sq ft. Open backyard for pets.

The house has easy access, just 1 min to high way ( I-75 ) on last exit 353 between Georgia and Tennessee line. Is located just 15 min from downtown Chattanooga, Hamilton mall (8 min), Chattanooga Airport (11 min) and many touristic places. We are a family of 4 including 2 medium dogs. We are pet friendly!
