Large ground floor flat in old mill. This spacious flat (100 m2) has three bedrooms, a large lounge and an ancient French wood burner. It also has its own terrace with a built in barbeque and a sunny place to sit and sunbathe. I have plans to make this flat barrier-free so that disabled or elderly people can stay here without problems. At the moment it is relatively easily accessible, at the front door there are two small steps for which I will soon have a ramp and it has a walk-in shower.

Our newly renovated apartment will welcome you. In a nice area surrounded by open fields and close to the historical center of the village our apartment is the perfect place to start or end the day. If you are interested in hiking, there is the new hiking route "Eifelsteig" only 500m from the apartment. The bus station to reach Aachen´s city center is just a 2 min walk away. Of course families with kids and/or pets are welcome too. Free parking for 1 car and WiFi is included.

Modern, light-flooded, well-kept apartment overlooking the Venn. Separate entrance. On the 1st floor is the living and dining room, the bathroom, the bedroom for two people and on request with baby bed. On the mezzanine is our sofa bed for two more people. Hikers and cyclists are only 300 meters from the Venn, Ravel and Velo cycle paths. In the surrounding area is the Eifelsteig, Rursee, Monschau Old Town and Vogelsang Castle.

This mezzanine is part of the residential area of our farm ( dairy farm ) , and is located on a cul-de-sac with stunning views of the surrounding meadows and the unique 5* hilly landscape. The living area of the house is upstairs, located under the roof on the 3rd floor. (living room, kitchen and bathroom with a bath ). This gives you unobstructed views over the meadows and the beautiful Limburg country.

A large glass sliding door gives lots of light in this spaceous studio.
