The apartment was renovated and newly furnished in 2019, and we renovated the bathroom and kitchen in the summer of 2021. In 2025, a partial renovation was carried out again. Electricity is now generated via solar and the heating is provided by a modern heat pump. It is a basement apartment in our residential building, which is completely independent (own entrance to the apartment).
