The gateway to the Elz Valley in the Black Forest and the world-famous Glotter Valley is the small “Slow City” Waldkirch. In the suburb of Buchholz, ANNAS SCHEUNE is located in the middle of the old town center. A 2016 organically loft-like renovated farmhouse with several outbuildings from the 17th century. The decor with antiques, design classics and custom-made furniture completes the modern country style of the barn. An ideal base for exploring the area and a place of peace and quiet with modern amenities and facilities in a comfortable space.

Here is the story, the history of this old apartment. This loft dates back to 1783. On that date, I was not born. But my ancestors, left me their legacies, and I thank them. Here are their stories… A farmhouse attached to this apartment. In fact, this place, before that, was a stable. There were cows and pigs and straw on the floor.
