The garden house is an ideal house for families with children who can safely climb stairs. Our property is set at the edge of the village in a lovely location. There is a lot to explore in our immediate surroundings: lakes, rocks, castles, museums, a lot of history such as the Maginot Line and Bitche Fortress. The advantages of our location: Great nature in the area, our large property with plenty of space to rest, swing, play, grill, sit, lie down. We have had a heat pump since October.

The nap corner is a 23 m2 studio located in a village. This is an independent suite with a private entrance, in our family home. It's a passive house with no need for heating or air conditioning. It consists of a bedroom with a 1.80 m bed or 2 beds of 90 cm joined with high-end bedding, TV and kitchenette, a bathroom and a separate toilet. It has a private terrace overlooking an accessible orchard. 5 minutes from the amenities of Soutz-sous-Forêt.

Located 20 km from Lake Der, the accommodation has two terraces, one of which is covered to enjoy the sun from morning to evening. The cottage is completely independent and has its privacy (not overlooked by the adjoining owners' house). Guests can enjoy the orchard and 3500 m² garden.
