Holiday rentals with a patio in Loučná nad Desnou

Thank you so much for a beautiful and modern place to stay. Everything was in order. The place was clean, scented, and no problem. The description matches the photos - we might say that even better than the photos :) There was nothing missing between the amenities (all the dishes, towels, clean sheets, comfortable beds, ...). The location of the place was also convenient, without noise, but in a location where everything is a short walk. A souvenir shop, a restaurant, and a cafe were just on the ground floor. If you're hesitant to choose this place, we recommend 11/10 :) Thank you again for the opportunity to have a pleasant stay in Karlovo Studánka.

A Perfect Family Getaway! This is an excellent place to rest and recharge with the family. The house is spacious and truly feels like a home away from home. The surrounding area offers plenty of charming cities with beautiful landscapes and a variety of activities that kids will love. The owners are incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the stay even more enjoyable.

The stały was very nice. The building is situated near the large ski slope with diver seroutes. Room itself was very functional and clean. The bathroom and kitchen are very well equipped and people who are planning to come here have a nice place to cook. I encountered an issue with receiving the key from the box near the front door. Instead of " Key pickup" you have to click " key dropoff" and then enter the code. This was a minor issue but Aleš helped me very fast.

Absolutely no problem. We made the reservation at the last minute on the day of departure, it was not a problem and the host responded very quickly. Accommodation clean, cozy, equipped with everything you need. It is located on the 2nd floor without an elevator.

Jadwiga’s house was very clean, spacious, and with a lovely view and balcony space overlooking the garden. The area was beautiful and serene. The host was very nice and hospitable. Only thing was that the address given was wrong, so it made it difficult to find the place initially. However the host was very responsive and picked up our calls when we were having trouble finding it. Overall, fantastic and would stay again, loved it!

A cottage like a fairytale, perfectly suitable for the relaxation we were looking for. She just squeaked the stove a little, but that's not something that bothers us more. All communication with Mark was relaxed and responsive. I definitely recommend staying.

Our stay was amazing from the arrival, we were welcomed by a pleasant and helpful gentleman, he showed us around the house, recommended some activities and places, we loved the stay, beautiful house, fully equipped in a quiet location, an ideal place to spend a quiet weekend or more days, we have nothing to complain about and we can only recommend the MASØN house.

I'm a person who never writes a review, but this place just deserves a review… A truly beautiful, luxurious, modern, and clean space. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you can imagine. The place is really spotlessly clean. High quality furnishings and furniture. In short, 10/10 is not the only thing I can complain about. I recommend 👍

A large house with a large garden on the edge of a quiet village - although by the road, there are not many cars or people walking. The house is beautifully tidy, clean, equipped with everything you need even for a longer stay (we especially appreciated the kitchen equipment and the washing machine, outdoor and indoor clothes dryer, nets in the windows). Inside, there are a few games, books, magazines, and toys for children. Outside, there is a small covered seating area, two sun loungers, a grill, a fire pit, the possibility of picking ripe fruits, herbs, sheep graze right behind the fence. Right in the village, a smaller playground for children and a pub open over the weekend. Close to interesting tourist destinations. The host was very kind, accommodating, wondering how we liked them and if everything was okay, they always responded quickly and there was no problem to agree on anything (and that we weren't exactly unpretentious guests this time;-)

The vacation home was the best Airbnb we visited in the Czech Republic. Everything was simply available (all kitchen utensils, candles, batteries, cleaning utensils, dishwasher tabs, coffee capsules, dish towels, wipes, towels, shower gel, shampoo, notes, tissues, etc...). The beds were super comfortable, the bathrooms super clean, there was plenty of wood (including firewood, all free) for the fireplace and the fireplace outside, plus underfloor heating and bread sticks. Katerina and her family gave welcome gifts and farewell gifts, and they even set up 2 baby cribs for our twins - something like this is not a matter of course. We absolutely did not miss anything in the house and felt very comfortable. However, the house is in a very quiet, remote area and you have to drive a bit to get to a bigger city. But you can enjoy the tranquility in the adjacent forest. We wholeheartedly give a 100% recommendation!

The place was clean, well-equipped, very simple check-in process at check-in, beautiful design of the entire area. The location is great, very nice place to ski, ski slope 200m walk from the accommodation or other recreation. We really enjoyed the sauna with a pond, a really great experience. The hosts were great, great communication, everything was 100% ready! We felt right at home. We will definitely be back.

Staying at Veronika's place was fulfilled by everything we are looking for. The cottage is surrounded by the forest in a quiet area and neighbors only with a few further cottages with nice neighbors. The arrangement with the owners was perfect, the place was clean, well-equipped and available to everything you needed, including a fire pit, a grill, and fun for children. The instructions were clear. Thank you so much and we'd love to come back.

Functional apartment in a quiet area by the ski slope. Peace and quiet in the summer. Even on a hot day inside was nice. A parking space next to the building and a lockbox for a bike or ski in the building. The apartment is very well equipped and spacious.

I have to say that the overall stay was seamless. Beautiful, modern and clean accommodation close to the ski slope. Fully equipped kitchen. We loved it and definitely plan to come back.

Our host met us at the door (self check-in is also an option) and was very friendly. She was able to tell us where to park and recommend a local ski site that we did not know about. The apartment was new, spotless, and well furnished, with in-floor heating, big screen TV, kitchen, dinning area, and parking. The neighborhood is very residential and we did have to drive everywhere, but there are a few good restaurants near by and it's close to the mountains for ski which is ultimately what we came for. I stayed behind one day to work while the family went skiing, and I can report the internet was definitely fast enough for video conference. There are hot springs within 5 minutes drive as well, which are cheap and quite a nice way to end a day on the slopes. All and all a very nice place.
