Great stay here, check in was really easy. Kevin welcomed us to the apartment showed us where everything was which was really helpful. Contacted us day after check in to make sure we had everything we needed and gave some recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. Kevin was really responsive and helpful. The apartment was spotlessly clean, well equipped and peaceful. Huge bonus was the location to the beach, restaurants and a great supermarket. The apartment is in an ideal location to explore Antibes, Nice, Eze and Monaco. Underground Garage makes parking easy and the infinity pool with a view across to Nice was really lovely, again spotlessly clean with sunbeds. Well maintained communal areas and pretty gardens. Will definitely stay here again when visiting France and would 100% recommend to others 😊

The house is located in a quiet environment and is very well fenced and not visible, which is great for guests with dogs. We were very kindly received by Fabrice, who explained everything to us. We drove to the P&R at the Palais Nikaia to explore Nice. Great access in all directions. The house is perfectly located as a starting point for many activities. We can fully recommend it. Apartment True to the listing and even better in real life! I was fortunate to spend 1 month in Roberto's beautiful apartment, someone generous and respectable. The place is really ideal, bright, quiet, close to the sea and the shops and restaurant of the marina. Underground parking is a real plus in this area. Everything was perfect, the apartment was very clean, the bathroom was refurbished, many cupboards, more than equipped kitchen, a large terrace exposed to the sun, you feel really good there. Thanks again for all the attention!
