Holiday rentals in Loutraki Beach

We were in this accommodation as a family, it is even more beautiful than in the pictures! You really have great privacy, the street is quiet! The house was super clean, everything was thought of! Eleni was super helpful with everything, we even had fruit cookies as a welcome gift:-) You felt super comfortable, which I also liked very much, that coffee, cleaning supplies, salt, sugar and other things were already in the house so that you could start the holiday pleasantly! We have not had this with the other villas so far! The view is mega, we will definitely come back

This is a spectacular villa and easily matches the photos. One unexpected feature was that one of the two pools was shallow for the kids. That meant they could stand by themselves and they would play in it all day. The adults loved just lying in it too! Nikos was a great host. He welcomed us on to the property and was extremely responsive with our questions. He even delivered extra pool toys and Greek treats during our stay. The area is very private with a short drive to supermarkets and some classic waterfront restaurants. It’s also convenient to get to Chania airport. We loved our stay here as two families, it exceeded our expectations and would strongly recommend.

We’ve never experienced an Airbnb like this – in terms of both the villa and the hospitality. A heartfelt thank you to Eftychis and his wonderful mother – you made our stay unforgetable! We were seven people, including three children (one toddler), and everything was just perfect. The villa is spotless, beautifully designed, and extremely well-equipped – the kitchen had top-tier appliances, and the baby gear was modern, clean, and like new. The house is set in a peaceful location with a breathtaking sea view. When we arrived, a delicious homemade Greek salad and cookies were waiting for us – such a warm welcome! Eftychis was available via chat the whole time: kind, helpful, and always with great local recommendations. This place truly combines beauty, comfort, and care. We’d come back without hesitation. We had a fantastic stay in this amazing home. Alex was very helpful allowing us to drop off luggage before meeting the rest of the party at the airport. The housekeeper kindly let us in and provided us with a delicious Greek pie. The space at the villa is so well laid out, arriving on the top floor with an amazing view through the house. Dining on the balcony with views of the garden and sea was lovely. The walkway to the deck and swimming pool really stood out, with beautiful views of the sea. Sitting on the deck, watching the sunrise was a special time and the perfect place to cool off after sitting in the sun by the pool. Our family of 7 adults had so much space and used all the facilities, not wanting to leave the villa but also loved the local beach at Loutraki with clear blue water and lots of fish. Chania is an easy drive away and even closer were an excellent selection of restaurants at Marathi. The best location and accommodation for our family celebration by far!

Amazing rooftop appartment! The massive terrace and its view (sunset but also sunrise and anything else in between) are out of this world. Very clean and modern style inside. Excellent wifi connection Kalyves is very relaxing and pretty much out of the claws of mass tourism while still providing nice restaurants and all is walkable. Excelelenr coffeeshop just down the road. Beach is also very closeby. We really loved ghis placed and it was a large contributor to our fantastic vacation! Ps Chania is just a small 30mins drivez

We loved our stay! The house is amazing with beautiful modern design, very comfortable beds and everything you could possibly need. It has a lovely terrace looking out over beautiful views of the mountains and the sea and the pool is really fantastic. Such a special peaceful place to stay! We were also so impressed by our host Alexandros who went above and beyond to welcome us and make everything easy, even picking us up from the airport late at night, leaving us delicious welcome gifts and making friends with my toddler son! He was so kind and helpful and every request we had was met and well exceeded immediately. A really unusually beautiful house in a lovely part of Crete 5 minutes from Marathi beach and delicious tavernas and 30 minutes from Chania old port. Would certainly recommend highly and we cannot wait to go back!
