Our spacious semi-detached cottage is situated 1.5 miles from the town of Milford Haven with its established marina and lively bars, restaurants and cafes. The secluded cottage is set in the walled garden of the ancient St Botolphs Mansion with private patio and shared access to the walled gardens. The local beach, Sandy Haven, is a 5 minute drive away and is famous for its crabbing bridge at low tide. The popular villages and beaches of Little Haven and Broad Haven are 10 minutes drive away.

Ty Venda, perfect for exploring the coastal path

Ty Venda is a two-bedroom annexe with an open-plan lounge, diner, and fitted kitchen. On the first floor are two bedrooms; one has a standard double bed and the other a smaller 4ft double suitable for one adult or two children. The bathroom has a gas-heated shower and WC. There is an additional WC on the ground floor. Patio doors lead out onto the garden, which is fully enclosed, making it secure for any fur babies that visit. It is equipped with a picnic table and benches for alfresco dining.

It is a wonderful space, with a luxurious, and extremely comfortable king size bed, and a hotub located on the decking which is included in the price.

There is off road parking in front of the annex we are perfectly situated as a base to explore many attractions eg beaches, coastal countryside of Pembrokeshire and there are plenty of places to eat and drink within walking distance as well as many more attractions it has to offer . This is the self contained annex to my home, but very private and quiet. Full kitchen. Double bed, washer and dryer. Garden with seating. Table for working with good wi fi. Books and boardgames. You can also easily access the north of the country. No smokers or smoking please. We are on the edge of the village which has a good shop.

There are 40 acres of meadows, woodland, salt marsh and river bank to explore here right on your doorstep... and of course beautiful Pembrokeshire, if you can tear yourself away. Great for a romantic break, a quiet space to read, write and nature watch with a little woodburning stove keeping you warm all year round.
