Holiday rentals with a patio in Lower Normandy

We had a great week at the property. The accommodation is at the foot of the dunes, in a few steps we are on the beach. The accommodation is also a few meters from the center, with a bakery, grocery store, and a few restaurants. The place is very quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing!!

A nice apartment, well decorated and well equipped. Space is a real asset in a small room. A very cozy accommodation as its name perfectly suggests.

Functional and very clean apartment, well furnished like a little nest. Nice terrace. Well located between beach and city. Easy parking nearby. Good bedding. Responsive and considerate hosts. Beware of the presence of a staircase and exterior in small pebbles (impractical with a large suitcase).

We loved this' 70s style home, tastefully decorated and extremely well maintained. The jacuzzi was a real plus, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The host was welcoming and very responsive. Everything was as advertised, or even better! We'll be happy to go back! Thanks for a great experience!

We had a fantastic stay on Jersey and loved the apartment. Communication with Bruce was great and check in was easy. The apartment was lovely, clean, had everything we needed and in a great location close to town. Jersey is beautiful, with a great bus system to get around. We managed to walk the full coastal path which was amazing. We will be back!

We booked Magali's accommodation for a wedding whose ceremony was held opposite. Its location allowed us to make the most of the festivities while visiting the region (Cancale, Saint Malo). Everything is impeccable, from the bedding to the equipment to the decoration. A significant positive point: the house stays cool even in hot weather (except for the dormitory under the roofs). In short, impeccable!

Accommodation in accordance with the description, close to several starting points for hiking or cycling. Close to Carteret Beach and close to Hatainville Beach. We had a great time with our kids. Communication with Grégoire & Amina before/during and after the stay was smooth.

I highly recommend this property - it is spacious, really well located, very private and peaceful and had all the home comforts you might need. It is perfectly situated to explore the Normandy coast and Port en Bessin is lovely. The property is situated in a very quiet area that is easily walkable to the bars and port, but away from the business. It has a patio at the front and back so if you like sun (or shade) you can get it all day. The sunsets were amazing when we were there. Really enjoyed our stay - I did a lot of research and looked at many places along the coast. This was perfect. Many thanks for the lovely welcome pack too! ❤️

There are places where the heart finds a rest that the city does not offer, and suspended moments, woven with tender grass and rustling water. In Saint-Céneri-le-Gérei, in this cottage nestled by the river, time seems to stretch like a slow summer daydream. The mornings rise in the soft light of an ancient day, and the evenings go to bed under the discreet song of the foliage lulled by the breeze. There, every stone seems to carry the memory of happy silence, every nook and cranny breathes the simple peace of true things. The hosts, of rare kindness, welcomed us like long lost friends who we find with joy. Everything is care, delicacy, and human warmth. It's a stopover you never forget. We had a great time with friends in this house. The accommodation is very nice, spacious, clean and perfectly equipped: everything you need to feel at home. The neighborhood is very quiet, which allows you to rest well, while being only a few minutes from the city center, which is very convenient for getting around. The house is tastefully decorated and the welcome was very warm. We particularly appreciated the cleanliness of the premises, the comfort of the beds and the amenities available to us (well-equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, etc. It was a real pleasure to stay here, and we have an excellent memory of our stay. We recommend this house without hesitation, and we will gladly return if the opportunity arises!

This studio is aptly named (the nest). Very well equipped and nicely decorated in a very quiet neighborhood. Marion is very friendly, available, smiling. A place not to be missed for a quiet stay near the Loir.

I have stayed in many Airbnb apartments in recent weeks in Caen for business trips and this one is probably the best value for money Very convenient proximity to Monoprix and Biocoop as well as the city center, I recommend it.

Pleasant place to recharge. Relaxing time ++. the pool and the jacuzzi, ideal for a pleasant moment.
