Yongping was a great host! I stayed at her place for my whole spring internship and I couldn't have made a better choice. She was always very friendly, helpful and respectful. Highly recommended!

I loved Rachel’s place. So clean, fresh and modern. I am very fussy when it comes to being clean, and Rachel’s place did not disappoint, she even dropped me her blender which was very kind! The location is perfect, a couple of minutes from Target, Harris Teeter, Southpoint mall etc. I felt right at home and happy with my stay. Rachel was very kind and friendly too, quick to respond to my messages. I cannot fault her place at all. It looks exactly like the pictures :)

Excellent winter residence (12 weeks). Ability to use the garage was very important (bicycles and golf equipment) and it worked wonderfully. Highly recommend this property for a week, or a month, or 3 months!!! Hope to be back next winter!!! Erika
