Holiday rentals with breakfast in Lucca

we stayed at Chiara's place for a day and it was just amazing . This was the real Airbnb concept what they started initially. we felt like we are in our own house. breakfast was also good which was given to us complimentary . walking distance from Pisa Central station and airport in a posh residential place. had an amazing backyard to sit and enjoy coffee or drinks. everything was better than what you could think of any Airbnb. Highly recommended.

We had a fantastic stay at this place! We were particularly impressed by the modern furnishings, which were stylish, well thought-out and with high-quality furniture. The design is absolutely contemporary and creates a cozy yet luxurious atmosphere. Everything was clean, well organized and furnished with attention to detail. The kitchen is well equipped, the bed comfortable, and the small decorative elements make the stay even more special. We felt right at home! The location was also perfect, and communication with the hosts was straightforward and friendly. We will be happy to come back and highly recommend this place! Highly recommended for those who love style and comfort.

What a wonderful place. We stayed here at the tail end of our trip and it was perfect. Quiet and sparse in the best of ways. Breakfast was amazing. They walked us to a lovely place for dinner. Quiet neighborhood, beautiful views. We felt like we were the inky tourists, which was amazing after hitting all the tourists spots. We were sad to leave so soon!

It was a wonderful experience, in a house that to say perfect is to say little: private parking, house well-stocked with everything, very clean, quiet, a great mattress, even the possibility of eating out thanks to a private terrace. All this is set in the context of the small town of Pitelli, a hamlet 8 km from La Spezia, which has an excellent supermarket, a pizzeria, an Arci club, a butcher shop and even a pharmacy! All within a 3-4 minute walk from the house. Enviable location, impeccable service from the host and attentive to our needs: we can't wait to go back!

Communication with Angela was always smooth and friendly. We were able to check in flexibly and Angela responded quickly. She also responded promptly to special requests. The B&B is located just outside Pisa, but can be reached quickly via a longer walk, by bus or other means of transport. We felt very comfortable.

Carolina’s beautiful Villa and the Rose Cottage, where we stayed, are well kept and beautifully renovated. Reception was very nice and easy, and the location is splendid for those who like to get out of the busy Florence. The garden is beautiful in May! The bed was nice and the bathroom very clean. Breakfast was great and served in the Villa. Even though May offers warm weather, we did not get a dip in the nice pool. We got recommendations for two really good restaurants in the neighborhood that we visited - and we were not disappointed. On top of this, Carolina and her mother Monica were very nice and pleasant hosts. I would highly recommend a stay at Carolinas place!

Spacious and clean apartment with all necessities provided. Ideally located within walking distance to restaurants (Central was exceptional) and shops and with comfortable driving distance to Lucca, Pisa, Volterra, San Gimignano, Florence & Montecarlo. Host (Sabrina) was very helpful and responsive. Breakfast @ Cafe’ New York was good with outdoor seating. Highly recommend & we will be back!

We arrived later than expected due to a delayed flight and I couldn't find my directions for parking. I phoned Lorenzo who came and found us and took us to the apartment. Because of the time there was no where that we could get something to eat so he brought us snacks to keep us going until the morning. There where items that we could have for breakfast already provided. We found its location for getting to all the major cities ideal, either by the train service which was close ,and not expensive (15.20 euros ) for 2 return tickets to Florence , or by car. Pisa , Lavorno, Lucca and Sienna all around an hours .drive. Silvia was always helpful and did not impose herself on us unless we needed help. This was our first time in Italy and it was a very pleasant time .We would use again if we returned to this area without hesitation.

The place was great—within walking distance to all the main attractions. The only issue was that the owner replied slowly, so it will make us nervous about the check-in even after reading the messages.

Accommodation in the city center, you are a 5-minute walk from the sea, the port, via Grande and via Cairoli, the streets with shops. Close to the Mercato Centrale, which is not only a building to admire, but also convenient for shopping. The apartment enjoys the panoramic view of a loft. I arrived and Ilaria was at home to welcome me for check-in. Super kind and very nice. I have not found any defects or inconsistencies with what is described on the site. The location is perfect – Pisa is a small city, and this apartment is very easy to reach from anywhere. It’s close to everything, yet quiet and peaceful. The place itself is spotlessly clean and impressively well-maintained. The interior design is beautiful and full of character – you can tell a lot of thought and love went into it. Everything we needed was there: a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, cozy living space – it truly felt like home. We were able to relax completely during our stay, and we really appreciated all the small touches that made a big difference. If we ever come back to Pisa, we would definitely choose to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Giulia’s apartment was ideally located for our weekend in Tuscany at a wedding. It was spacious, comfortable and had parking tight outside. It has been lovingly furnished in a homily way giving it a cosy feel. Giulia as a host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We cannot recommend enough.

Clara was responsive and helpful. She was there to meet us and help us with parking and walked us through the entire house. She was wonderful. The space was perfect with a wonderful patio. Totally would recommend.

Orlando was an amazing host, extremely welcoming and so knowledgeable! He gave us fantastic recommendations for places to go and was so responsive! The place itself was amazing: great location, clean and with all the necessary amenities. Greatly recommended!!

A large and spacious apartment with everything you need. Easy parking. Close to the airport by car, which was perfect as we flew early in the morning. The host was also nice and easy to communicate with.

This stay felt like something out of a movie! We were greeted with such warmth. The house is so beautiful and well-renovated—high quality details from the bathroom to the woodwork plus the plot of land is quintessentially Tuscany. And when Andrea found out we didn’t have a rental car, he offered to drive us! We had a wonderful time at a nearby winery, Tenuta Barbadoro, then watched the sunset from a field near the main downtown area before having a delicious meal at a nearby restaurant, Restaurante Bistrot lo Zero. We woke up to the smell of croissants and sound of chirping birds. The perfect Italian countryside experience.

It was so beautiful and I had a lovely time there. The breakfast was wonderful and thoughtfully put together and the room was super clean and beautifully furnished !

Great location and great place to stay. The views from the rooms were amazing.Steven was a great host and gave us good recommendations for local restaurants. The place is very calm and quiet and it was a very enjoyable stay.

We enjoyed our five days in Cristina’s rustically charming room. Everything you need, from a small supermarket to great restaurants are all within a five-minute walk. It is in a more quiet neighborhood but close to the Tower and a 25- minute walk to the main train station. Oh, and the two sweet schnauzers, Lucy and Trudy, are a great bonus for animal lovers.

The house of Daniele is just great!! It has three rooms. Ours was very cozy, clean, modern and nice. Downstairs is a kitchen with where you can have breakfast or snack. It is self-service so you can do everything in your own time. The garden door opens to a patio, where you can put a chair and enjoy a coffee outside for example. The house is 15 walk from the airport and from train station. That is absolutely perfect in Pisa. Check-in is very flexible. Daniele and his girlfriend are very very friendly and nice. Communication was at all times smooth (we rented a room two times on the way from and to Pisa :D) and quick. It is a 10 ;) Perfect choice for Pisa or for crossing over to another part of Italy.

For us, it was the perfect place to stay! Maria is very hospitable and communicative. The Airbnb is really nice and the breakfast was perfect (also very great for vegetarians). We felt really comfortable. A big thank you and definitely to be recommended. Arrived by bus and walked from Volterra and found it great (but are also very athletic). There were great hiking trails in the area and generally it was really nice and quiet!

This was our second stay here and couldn’t have been happier. The family that runs Agri. Casanova de Pescille are responsive, caring and just a delight to be around. Highly recommend anyone wanting to peaceful and relaxing place to stay with access to the many small towns in Toscana consider staying here. Grazie.
