Tranquillo, luminoso, immerso nel verde, con una splendida vista sulla campagna. Costruito con i criteri della bioedilizia, si trova in collina, a 500m di altitudine e a 15 min d'auto da Pistoia. Dal cottage si arriva a piedi anche ad una bella piscina pubblica aperta in estate e alla stazione: il paese di Castagno si raggiunge anche in treno! Al vostro arrivo troverete alcuni prodotti della nostra fattoria, oltre a caffè , latte, yogurt e pane fresco. Potrete usare la lavatrice e Netflix Tv.

Arredata con gusto, ha tutto ciò che serve per un soggiorno piacevole e rilassante. La piccola cucina è ben servita. Si possono fare belle passeggiate e gite alle città più belle della Toscana. Lucca dista 3km: è facilmente raggiungibile in auto, in bicicletta e in autobus. A pochi passi la Fattoria Sardi propone wine tasting tours nelle vigne e il suo ristorante è ottimo.

Two-room apartment in an annex of the main house with an outdoor patio in an extremely quiet area. Parking is in a private, fenced area. Double bedroom (with the option of adding a cot) and a sofa bed in the living area. Fully equipped kitchenette. Located 5 km from Lucca city center, which can also be reached by public transportation (bus stop approximately 50 meters away). The A11 motorway exit is approximately 5 km away. Pets are not allowed.

Small stone and wood house, on two floors. Downstairs, there is a kitchen and living area. Upstairs, the sleeping area with bathroom is currently separated from the room by a curtain. The shower is outside the house, covered and with hot water, but 10 steps from the front door. Outside there is a pergola canopy with oven, barbecue and kitchen. Upon request, it will be possible to set up 2 tents suspended on the trees and add hammocks.

Outside the studio, a large garden where you can rest comfortably after enjoying the beautiful landscapes of Garfagnana and Valle del Serchio. Excellent starting point for excursions to the Apuan Alps and the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines and to visit Lucca 40 minutes away by car, Pisa an hour, Florence an hour and a half, the Versilia coast an hour.
