Thank you for your lovely accommodation. It was easy to find and was clean and tidy. Instructions regarding housekeeping were clear and the welcome continental breakfast was lovely. Oooh and the ginger cake was just like my mum used to make - delicious. Thank you

We had a wonderful stay in the cottage. Check in was easy and the welcome instructions were very clear and helpful. They also had some lovely local recommendations for walks and places to visit. the cottage was beautiful furnished, clean and cosy. We will happily stay again!

We had a great couple of days stay. The loft was a good size, very clean and just as described. Due to the weather we didn't get a chance to sit in the garden area but it did look very peacefully and nice. It was a great base to go out waking an exploring. The instructions left by Hilly were easy follow and despite Hilly not being there during our stay was very responsive and accommodating. We got sent clear Instructions on where to go. The sat nav does sent you off a bit too far! We would highly recommend Hilly as a host and the loft to stay in. We would definitely stay again. It had everything we needed.

We stayed six weeks, late April through early June. The house was perfect for my wife and I and we really enjoyed the home and rural but close to everything location. We decided to use bus and train passes with the occasional taxi and saw so much more than renting a car as we have in the past. We walked up the hill everyday to the house from the main road and at 70 years old we had no problems, it was good exercise before bed each evening. Susan and her husband Mark were perfect hosts, we saw them often and were very helpful. The house had everything we needed for our stay. Our best recommendation for this home is "We will stay again." At different times we walked all the local canals from Todmorden to Brighouse in sections, visited dozens of local villages and took the train to Manchester, Liverpool, Blackpool, the airport and even down to London and Kent. Our bus passes also allowed us to roam all over Yorkshire.
