The garden is fenced, parking is always available in front of the gate. Nearby there are hiking trails, a playground, bathing lakes and activities of the 'Bergisches Land'. The home is a place of rest and relaxation. Partys are not allowed. Mobile sauna on request. Bed linen included for stays of 4 nights or more.

The apartment basically presents itself as an independent small house. On the ground floor is the spacious living / dining kitchen with attached living room. The staircase leads to the upper floor with great views of nature. There are also the two bedrooms, as well as a bathroom with shower. The property was completed in March 2014 and thus presents itself as a new building. The bathroom was completely renovated in 2020.
