Very difficult place to get to, bus does not stop nearby, to get there only Uber or taxi and so it is very expensive to get there, I had to pay 54 euros

We lost the plane back, fortunately we met with Gionny, and I made it very easy, very good communication with Gionny. The place very close to the airport, very nice and cozy. very well communicated. thank you so much for everything :)

Sara was very friendly and welcoming to her apartment! Her place was very beautiful, clean and modern, located just a quick drive from the airport.

All other reviewers are right. This is a great apartment, with great amenities, in a great location, with a great hostess. Extremely clean too! I think the apartment is better than the pictures. Thoughtful touches (ingredients for a pasta dinner! Shower gel.) The bed is VERY comfortable. Spacious shower - and washcloths were provided (rarity in Europe!) The free parking is a 1 minute walk and very convenient. Do visit the gelato place they recommend and the spaghetteria! Everything is close and convenient. I really enjoyed my stay here! Highly recommend!!!

Perfect spot!

We were very satisfied with the accommodation. We used the garden every day and appreciated our own entrance to the beach. Although we are 4 families, we fit comfortably and the place was very spacious.

Such a nice little home in a perfect area. Nice and private, super big and sunny terrace with all the furniture you need to dine & relax. Super close to supermarkets, nice little restaurants and great great bathing spots. Big recommendations from here if you’re looking for some peace and quiet but still in walking distance to everything you need. Thanks for this perfect vacay Cristina - just what we needed :)

We had a magical stay! This was the best space by far with an amazing location by the beach and restaurants. The accommodations and friendliness by Lorenzo and Michela were incredible. Daniela was a really great host. She was very welcoming and generous with tips. We very much enjoyed the house. it had everything we hoped for, and it was super close to beach. We stayed here for the last 2 days of our Italy trip; highly recommend if you want to enjoy beach and be close enough to airport to drive there on your departure day

Staying with Anna Maria and Matteo was corroborating, it allowed us to "unplug" and regain strength after a tiring period. The house welcomed us with warmth, the warm and familiar environment, thanks to the Christmas decorations, immediately put us at ease. The house was clean, the rooms were spacious, the kitchen was well equipped. The downstairs projector downstairs is a real treat, which made our family evenings special. We thank Matteo for his availability and culinary suggestions.

Daniele stands out as one of our best hosts and this place is a hidden gem. Super close to a locals beach that is beautiful. Food is great in the neighborhood and easy to catch a flight out of FCO.

He was outside ready to greet us, easy and clear instructions. The location was perfect and lots of beach bars to attend. Great access into Rome via train so good all round.

What a terrific experience from the beginning to the end- from a wonderful responsive host to an adorable apartment in a cutie little beach town community of Ostia-that my kids and I fell in love with. Friendly people all around, great food, beech 8 min away by a walk… the apartment is so cozy, beautifully decorated and upkept- I was so happy about the amenities. I am a host too and have so much appreciation for other hosts who go above and beyond for their guests. Thank you Marco!

This apartment is really beautiful. 🥰New, with attention to the smallest details, a wonderful terrace where you can spend relaxing moments. Very clean and welcoming, and the air conditioners in each room made the stay even more pleasant, despite the heat of these days. The owner is always extremely kind. We had a comfortable and calm stay. Everything clean and equipped with everything someone you're looking for to feel at home. While it is 1 hour away from Rome the access is easy from Termini station from where you take the metro to do the whole tourist tour. There is also a bus access option. Good value for money. Very attentive hosts.

Spacious, bright, and clean apartment, close to the beach and easily accessible to the center. Mr. Sebastiano has always been available to our requests, I recommend him. 😃

We checked in very late due to the traffic we encountered on the street, but the host was impeccable! The apartment is on the main street, with all services nearby and a convenient subway station with parking! The house offers all the comforts you want: washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and kettle! Pots and pans of all sizes, clean from every point of view. The covered terrace has a great view of the hills, which is why it stays cool! I recommend this accommodation for those who want the comfort of the city but without staying in the chaos! Thank you ☺️
