Great value for money. Clean and tidy. Idealic and peaceful location. Great place to stay before a triathlon event at Rutland Water. Natasha even provided some delicious energy bars for us to have pre-event. Very grateful.

Lovely, peaceful house which had an enchanting garden and everything we needed. Spotlessly clean and very close to the town centre. Beautiful views from the sitting-room and bedroom window.

The photos do not do the place justice. It has been beautifully curated and we were endlessly fascinated by all of the little touches. I spent several hours selecting the books and inserting their replacements that i had bought with me. Tea coffee and milk was gratefully provided as well as many other helpful items. Uppingham itself is a peaceful small town with lots of great eateries, we ate at Don Paddy's in the market square which was absolutely delicious and another night at the Chinese restaurant opposite the co-op which was a lovely meal as well. Pauline was an extremely friendly host and delightful company. Would love to stay again. Thank you Pauline.
