The Forest Pod is a unique and tranquil getaway located on the edge of the Peak District National Park. The perfect base to spot wildlife, sit back and relax or explore Macclesfield Forest on one of its many cycling or walking routes. The Pod is Adjacent to the Leathers Smithy Pub which serves some of the best Food and Ale in Cheshire,. It is situated in its own private area with an outside dining area which boasts magnificent views of the surrounding area Teggs Nose and Ridgegate Reservoir.

Relaxing couples getaway with hot tub

Our Couples' Hideaway is in a very private location accessed by electric gates, with a hot tub and summerhouse that are never overlooked. It has a large, dog secure deck set in mature trees. Although in the grounds of a larger holiday park we are completely unconnected with them and clean and manage this pristine lodge ourselves, getting rave reviews pretty much 100% of the time. The lodge is nestled in an area renowned for walking and cycling and is on the edge of the Peak District.

Comfortable & stylish, in a quiet residential area, our garden annex has its own separate entrance. We are close to Didsbury and West Didsbury with shops and restaurants and good transport links, including tram and bus routes into Manchester City Centre. The annex has fully equipped kitchen with washer/drier, oven, microwave, fridge etc The Bedroom is warm, bright and spacious with an en-suite shower room. Wifi available, TV, safe on-street parking.
