This newly built house from 2024 is built industrially in Nordic style. It has been important to create a different aesthetically simplified expression, where the style is minimalist in an industrial design, and where the family can be gathered on one floor. Large glass sections give you the experience of being close to nature while the view of the Adriatic Sea and the islands of Brac and Hvar make the location of the house unique. The rooms of the house are all installed with climate control so that it can be adapted to the individual.

Our brand new luxury villa Luka is located on a wonderful location with beautiful sights and yet still very close to the all local points of interest. The villa is newly built for maximum comfort and luxury with 3 ensuite bedrooms (and an extra room in case of need) and all other amenities you can need. A big private, heated pool with wonderful views, great indoor jacuzzi in spa area with an sauna and gaming/billiard room, a nice fenced outdoor area with a table tennis, badminton or archery set.

Free WiFi is provided throughout the property and private parking with video surveillance is available on site. Unit includes a terrace also feature an equipped kitchen and bed linen. The private beach is accessible by foot, only 50m by stairs, Guests enjoy the shared barbecue. We can offer sunbeds and parasols for free. Apartment No.3 is located on the 2nd floor and it have 80m2. It consists of two bedrooms with double beds. One of them have a makeup table and its own bathroom and exit to the balcony connecting the rest of the apartment. Also apartment have one more bathroom and toilet. Kitchen has a window overlooking the sea and high table and also there is dining table. The living room consists of couch and TV. From the living room you come out to a large spacious balcony. All rooms have air conditioning.
