We live in the same apartment, so we will take care of anything right away.We also enjoy going out and having a meal with our guests when the time is right. 10-minute walk from JR Shinkawa Station, 3 stops from Sapporo Station, It is a little inconvenient about a 20-minute walk from Kita24jo Station on the Nanboku Subway Line, but there are few drive streets and you can spend quietly. 5-minute walk to convenience store A 4-minute walk to the drugstore 10 minutes walk to the supermarket It is a convenient place to live. Also, there are large supermarkets and hot spring facilities if you go 2 stops by train. Parking for 1 car is available at the property (reservation required).It is available for 500 yen per day.(It is a parking lot that I use every day.I'll park elsewhere) The sofa bed is 170cm. [About transportation] I will do my best to pick you up and drop you off at Shinkawa Station on the first and last days of your stay.Sorry if the time doesn't work for you. There is wifi and a private kitchen and bathroom, so you are more than welcome to stay for a long time and work remotely.

One pet is allowed (pet fee 2000 yen.Only potty trained children allowed) You can check in and check out by self check-in. It is a quiet residential area on the outskirts of town.It is definitely a place where you need a car to go shopping and restaurants. 20 minutes drive to each ski resort in Niseko. Rusutsu Resort Ski Resort is 30 minutes away by car. 5-minute drive to Niseko View Plaza (Roadside Station). If you go outside and take a short walk around the neighborhood, you can see Mt. Yotei and the ski slopes in the distance on sunny days. * Accommodation tax has been introduced in Niseko Town. The accommodation fee is "200 yen per person per night" (≧▽ ≦)
