Holiday rentals with breakfast in Malcantone

We were received in a very friendly manner. The apartment was very pleasant. And the village is very authentic, small and has everything you need. You can make wonderful day trips by boat.

Clean and tidy apartment, quiet and convenient area to get to Lecco and Bellagio, the host was available for some questions we asked, there were 2 of us but 4 people can stay comfortably.

Lovely little apartment, with a beautiful view of Lake Como. A few nice restaurants nearby, but you do have to be relatively fit as there are hundreds of cobbled steps to and from any part of the town to the BnB! Worth it for the view but something to be mindful of when booking. Annalisa & her son, Ricciardo, were so helpful and quick to respond if we needed anything, and there was free local parking when needed. Thank you!

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. It was all very clean and cozy. Monica was very friendly, hospitable and helpful. She gave us great tips for excursions in the area and was always available when we needed something. The house is very cozy and the view from the garden and the balcony is fantastically beautiful. We really enjoyed our vacation and would be happy to come back.

We had a very pleasant stay at Daniele’s house in Como. He was very helpful and responsive—he sent us a video guide for the self check-in and explained everything in detail, which made the process easy and smooth. The apartment is located on the second floor, please expect a few stairs to get to the house. However, the location is convenient, with both the train station and bus stop within walking distance. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches like the provided breakfast and snacks. Thank you, Daniele, for hosting us—we really enjoyed our stay!

Such a lovely place in a remarkable location! Nesso is a beautiful little town with lots to explore by foot - the little supermarket has everything you need, you can hike, and you can see the lake panorama directly from the terrace. Our off-season stay in March meant that the town was basically empty, so we truly got to enjoy some peace and calm. The house is cozy and has some beautiful vintage details (the tiles!). The bathroom is spacious and clean, the kitchen has all the basics, and the hosts kindly provided some snacks and pasta supplies, which was a lovely surprise. One thing to note: there is only street leading out of town from the apartment, and it is exactly 2,20m narrow - so keep that in mind if you're thinking of renting a car :) We loved our stay and hope to return soon!

We had an early morning flight out of the Milan airport. Silvia's place was the perfect location for the last night of our Italian vacation - a short and easy drive to the airport. The apartment is spacious, impeccably clean, and has comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. Silvia went out of her way to bake a delicious cake for our early breakfast. She was very responsive to our questions and accommodating with our check in.

The hous was neat and clean. Everything was equipped perfectly. Adrian kindly explained in detail on how to use various furniture and facilities in the house. We had a great stay! The check-in was super flexible and very friendly. The apartment was very clean and well appointed. We loved the style of the apartment! The location felt very safe, the neighbors were friendly, only the quiet hours should definitely be adhered to. But that was no problem and we would like to come back! The connection to the metro was good, but you have to walk about 20 minutes to the station. All in all a great stay and Andrea is a great host!

This is a lovely apartment with several balconies that overlook the main staircase and streets in Bellagio. There were so many great shops and restaurants, all within a few steps of the unit. The apartment was very clean and well-stocked and had a great espresso maker! Francesca was a lovely host, and was very responsive. Bellagio is a challenging place to park your car (especially on a national holiday!), so I recommend taking a ferry or bus to get into town.

This was an incredible place to stay! Very spacious, beautiful views, clean, and peaceful! The host was very kind and always responsive. They even had extra things like eggs and little goodies for us in the kitchen. We had everything we needed and more to cook dinner which was very much appreciated. Parking is close by and everything you need to get around Lake Como is walking distance (the ferry pick up and tram station) The one and only thing thats just personal preference is the bed was a little too firm. But over all, would absolutely stay here again and recommend it!

The host sent us a lot of useful information before check-in, and we were able to enter the house very easily. The house was amazing and had everything we needed. It was beautifully decorated. The location of the house is very close to the train station, which is a big advantage if you're planning to go on tours. You can reach the Duomo in 30–40 minutes on foot. There are also some great restaurants in the neighborhood. It was truly a wonderful experience. Endless thanks to Tadzio for hosting us. Hopefully, we’ll come back one day.

We spent here two nights. The apartment was clean, located in a very nice and quiet area, with a very cozy bed, a well organized kitchen and a spacious bathroom. Daniel was very nice host, which answered to all of my questions in a very short time and always with kindness. Recommended 😊

Anna's accommodation is perfect for spending a few days in the area. The views are fantastic and the area is beautiful and quiet. The apartment has everything you need to cover basic needs. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Yrina and her kind daughter, who showed us everything we needed for the stay. Anna left us pasta and homemade tomato sauce that was delicious. Also homemade jam (incredibly good), butter, honey, bread, milk, juice, yogurt, fruit... a beautiful welcome detail that is much appreciated if you arrive a little late and have nowhere to go to buy or dine. We are very happy with our stay in the apartment and if we return on vacation to the area we will not hesitate to repeat in Anna's apartment. Thank you very much.

We were completely pleased with our stay. The host couple were very loving, courteous and especially attentive in dealing with our child. The view is simply breathtaking – a real highlight! The journey was a bit complicated, as the roads are narrow and steep, but the effort is definitely worth it. The breakfast was lovingly prepared, very tasty and all homemade - the perfect start to the day. The apartment is small but very cozy and absolutely clean. The beautiful garden, which invites you to relax, is also particularly beautiful. Thank you for the wonderful time!

We have stayed in many Airbnb’s around the world and this was by far the best one we have ever stayed in! Extremely warm welcome on arrival with a glass of Prosecco and some homemade donuts which were delicious. The home was immaculate and super cute, use of the swimming pool was a massive bonus. Each morning we came out to our veranda all setup ready for an incredible breakfast, as soon as we came out to eat we were greeted with cappuccino, scrambled eggs and hams and cheese, each morning made the day feel extra special. We thank our hosts so much. And would 100% come back. Thanks for an unforgettable and enjoyable stay James & Hope.

Luca and his family were extremely friendly, proactive and super helpful for recommendations! their property on top of a mountain close to the lago maggiore is absolutely beautiful, with amazing views on the lake! they take care of a lot of animals like dogs, cats, rabbits and even a donkey and a goat, which we found super sweet and which made the stay unforgettable. They also served breakfast in the morning, which was included in the price, which we didn’t expect, and which exceeded our expectations! all in all, our stay at Luca‘s place was very beautiful and we can definitely recommend it to couples, who are looking for a quiet and charming place in nature!

We LOVED our stay here! Linda and Luigi were so welcoming and accommodating. We also loved the location, we were able to walk to many restaurants and enjoyed the slower pace of the village. It was easy to access via bus station. The homemade breakfast was UNBELIEVABLE… I already miss the warm croissants.

Had a superb stay! We stayed 8 nights and we enjoyed the wonderfully cool room and the delicious breakfast. The kitchen was separate from the room, but exclusively for our use. For breakfast, everything was ready so you could decide for yourself what time you want to have breakfast. The room and Sara's help was great! Palanzo itself is a nice authentic village in the mountains. In the village, there are a few restaurants where you can have a good dinner. Please note that it is a 15-minute drive from the village to the lake. Because the village is on a mountain, it is not convenient if you have difficulty walking, because you have to walk a long way up to the B&B. We loved our stay and will definitely be back!

Paolo and Yoko are the best hosts you could wish for. The beautiful old Ticino house offers everything you need to relax. Breakfast is served in the beautiful garden overlooking the lake and Yoko spoiled us with culinary delights. They were very helpful and there for us with tips and warmth... we will come back! Thank you very much!

Despite bad weather we had a awesome time, Como is a beautiful place, and Carna is a helpful, service minded and friendly host. Always fast to fulfil any request and help in anyway possible. The location is stunning and the rooms, common areas and pool are very nice. The takeaway food from the local restaurant (provided by Carna) was very good! I would recommend anyone to visit!
