Within the family house we offer two apartments. In the large apartment located on the second floor of the family house we offer accommodation for eight people. All rooms have a separate balcony with a unique view of the port of Mali Lošinj. The apartment also has a spacious terrace that offers the possibility of a quiet breakfast or dinner in the open space. The smaller apartment is located on the ground floor of a family house and provides accommodation for four people. The house is close to the center, and the landscaped beach is a five-minute walk away.

This is an old captain's house, located in a quiet part of the town, surrounded by a walled garden packed with plants, only 100m from the sea, 450m from town centre and 600m from the nearest beach. The house has a secured parking lot not more than 250m away. You’ll love my place because of the ambiance and the quiet neighborhood. My place is great for couples, friends and families (with kids).

The newly renovated studio apartment Perla is located in the old town, just a few minutes from the center and all the accompanying amenities. Apartment 2 is located on the 1st floor of a family house in the part Zagazinjine of the town of Mali Lošinj, the apartment is a 3 minute walk to the beach Bojčić and bay Sveti Martin ( other beaches is a 5 to 10 minute car ride), nearby there is a market, cafe bar, restaurants, children's playground and bicycle rental. To the city center and the Apoksionem museum takes 10 minutes walk.
