Within the family house we offer two apartments. In the large apartment located on the second floor of the family house we offer accommodation for eight people. All rooms have a separate balcony with a unique view of the port of Mali Lošinj. The apartment also has a spacious terrace that offers the possibility of a quiet breakfast or dinner in the open space. The smaller apartment is located on the ground floor of a family house and provides accommodation for four people. The house is close to the center, and the landscaped beach is a five-minute walk away.

Villa Del Mar is located on the west coast of Croatia. Mali Losinj is an island full of lush tall pine trees, beautiful crimson sunsets, and crystal-clear waters.  Brand new from summer 2021, these sea-view apartments with heated pool offer neutral and modern furnishings with anything you would expect to make a home away from home. Welcome to our spacious (160m2) and sunny apartment in the midst of the old town of Mali Losinj. Our beautiful apartment has a big terrace with view over the harbour. The entire upper floor is a spacious combined living and dining room with an open kitchen with all appliances: the ideal space for all of our guest to spend time together or enjoy the beautiful sunsets from the terrace. In the alleys of the upper city, a stone's throw from the beautiful bay of Val d'Arche, a completely renovated traditional house with a Mediterranean and familiar flavor with a small quiet courtyard where you can have breakfast and dinner. The spacious kitchen is equipped with every comfort, the bright rooms overlook a laurel grove, ten minutes away there is the center, restaurants and lively clubs. Those who love to walk can reach other magnificent bays open at sunset in half an hour.

Apartment Ana

Dear Guests, apartment Ana is located between the city center (city square is 5 min away by foot) and beach Zagazine (5 min by foot) in a really quiet one-way street. If you like peace and quiet, but at the same time you want to be close to the bars, supermarkets, the city center and beaches, then this location is perfect for you :) You will also have your own private parking place in front of the building so you don't have to be stressed about finding a free spot.

We wish you a warm welcome and a pleasant stay in our house Anna. This is an old captain's house, located in a quiet part of the town, surrounded by a walled garden packed with plants, only 100m from the sea, 450m from town centre and 600m from the nearest beach. The house has a secured parking lot not more than 250m away. You’ll love my place because of the ambiance and the quiet neighborhood. My place is great for couples, friends and families (with kids).

Apartman Perla

The newly renovated studio apartment Perla is located in the old town, just a few minutes from the center and all the accompanying amenities. It consists of a large beautiful yard, entrance area, kitchen, bedroom (possibility of double or twin beds), living room (extra bed - sofa bed) and bathroom with shower. The nearest beach is only a ten-minute walk from the apartment. In the greenery of the yard you can relax with a morning coffee or a romantic dinner.

Country House

The house Casa di Campagna is located in a quiet private property surrounded by mediterranean landscape with its herbs and scents. There are no other buildings or roads nearby so you can only hear the birds singing and find the peace lost in everyday life. The house has one bedroom with a double bed and an additional bed, a room with a sofa bed, bathroom, spacious kitchen and dining area connected with terrace and covered grill/barbecue, private parking.

Escape to a spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment (100m2) amidst fragrant pine trees on Lošinj. This peaceful, quiet retreat just outside town offers a perfect sanctuary. Enjoy your generous private terrace with sweeping sea views, and convenient private parking. Please review the map before booking. This secluded apartment is outside town with a road below the pines. Although perfect for us, its tranquility may not suit all.

Dear guests, Studio apartment for two people on the ground floor of our family house, is located in the part of old town Mali Lošinj. The garden, with a separate entrance, offer the opportunity to relax under the trees of lemon, apricot and olives. You can reach the apartment by car and the reserved parking place is 100 m away. Under the pines, right on the beach and by the sea walkway (lungo mare). Valdarke area is located halfway between Mali Losinj and Veli Losinj, within walking distance from both towns. Our apartments are cosy, well maintained and perfectly equipped for a comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable stay.
