Casa Giardino is a stone guest house situated in the beautiful Mediterranean garden in a harbor of the small island town of Nerezine, Lošinj island. Just few steps from the sea and beach, but hidden in the garden for full privacy. Park your car in the driveway and walk to all the restaurants, shops, town square, beautiful beaches or just relax here. 60m2 house had been built in a traditional manner but completely refurbished in 2019 for a modern and comfortable stay. The perfect holiday place!

Apartman Perla

The newly renovated studio apartment Perla is located in the old town, just a few minutes from the center and all the accompanying amenities. It consists of a large beautiful yard, entrance area, kitchen, bedroom (possibility of double or twin beds), living room (extra bed - sofa bed) and bathroom with shower. The nearest beach is only a ten-minute walk from the apartment. In the greenery of the yard you can relax with a morning coffee or a romantic dinner.

Country House

The house Casa di Campagna is located in a quiet private property surrounded by mediterranean landscape with its herbs and scents. There are no other buildings or roads nearby so you can only hear the birds singing and find the peace lost in everyday life. The house has one bedroom with a double bed and an additional bed, a room with a sofa bed, bathroom, spacious kitchen and dining area connected with terrace and covered grill/barbecue, private parking.

It is located in a quiet location only 7-10 minutes easy walk to the nearest beach, 3 minutes to the city center and all accompanying facilities (shops, bakeries, restaurants...). Apartment 2 is located on the 1st floor of a family house in the part Zagazinjine of the town of Mali Lošinj, the apartment is a 3 minute walk to the beach Bojčić and bay Sveti Martin ( other beaches is a 5 to 10 minute car ride), nearby there is a market, cafe bar, restaurants, children's playground and bicycle rental. To the city center and the Apoksionem museum takes 10 minutes walk.
