Holiday rentals with a patio in Malmedy

I had an all-around pleasant stay! The apartment is extremely cozy and at the same time modernly furnished – you immediately feel at home. Particularly noteworthy is the excellent location: in just one minute you can reach the train station, which makes the connection to public transport ideal. Despite the proximity to the train, the surroundings are very quiet and invite you to relax. Numerous shopping opportunities are within easy walking distance, which makes everyday life much easier. All in all a perfect combination of comfort, tranquility and convenient location. I highly recommend this place and would come back anytime!

We had a great time despite the weather being a bit disappointing. The cottage is very clean, and you have everything you need. It is cosy and warm. You stay right next to Sven and his family but you have complete privacy and it is very quiet. Close by (even within walking distance) are beautiful fens and forests and Monschau is definitely worth a visit too. Highly recommended!

Nice and spacious apartment, larger than in the photos. Durbuy is a short distance from the accommodation and grocery stores are opposite. Communication was pleasant and quick.

Very nice accommodation, bright and very clean. The owner was always responsive to requests. The neighborhood is quiet, green and pleasant. On the other hand, there was an error in the listing regarding the number of rooms and beds (three beds and not four). Finally, the sofa bed is not very comfortable. Apart from these points, our stay was very pleasant!

My stay here was excellent, I have no complaints and in fact only positive things to say. Luc and his wife were great hosts and the place was very cozy.

We spent an extended weekend at the accommodation and enjoyed the time very much. Unfortunately, the weather did not play along, but the steam sauna in the Airbnb was all the better 😍 the apartment is equipped with everything you need and the hostess is very helpful. It was initially quite cold in the apartment, but they helped us out right away and explained how to find and turn up the thermostat. And the hair dryer was broken, but a new one was quickly brought. Really satisfied all around! The location is also very quiet, although the Airbnb is located on a larger street. You really don't hear anything at night ☺️

The apartment of Anja and Jens really lives up to their name "haven of peace" and is in a great location in nature. The apartment is lovingly furnished and the two are very nice and warm hosts. Thank you for the wonderful time!

We were two for 4 nights at Hermione. The contact in advance was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was exactly what we were looking for. Generous, very clean, excellently equipped, cozy. We felt right at home from the beginning. Luckily, we had fantastic weather and were able to go on wonderful hikes in the immediate vicinity. The terrace, the view of the great garden, everything invited us to enjoy the time at Hermione to the fullest 🌸 we will definitely come back.

Would highly recommend! Had a lovely stay - the home is beautiful and spacious and the garden is lovely, green and peaceful, in very nice surroundings. An excellent getaway and the hosts were very responsive and friendly :)

Charming country house and large garden, with all the comforts plus some small touches. Perfect for discovering the Hautes Fagnes. The hiking and walking or biking suggestions are really welcome. We really enjoyed it with our two daughters. Recommended!

From the moment you drive through the gate, you will be surprised. What a beautiful location and what a wonderful stay. Upon arrival, everything is as described in the advertisement. It exceeded our expectations. Everything is sparkling clean, cozy, and a nice welcome at the bar. There is a very thick folder with excursions in the area and up to a radius of 100 km outside. There are hiking maps, hiking routes ready. You won't have a dull day browsing through this folder. For the internet enthusiasts. The WiFi is great, never falters and is fast, even with three users at the same time. Is there nothing wrong now??? No, everything is correct, and is as it is presented and so it should be. We enjoyed it here from the first minute to the last. Christian is a great host as well as his wife. Both do everything to make you feel at home and give you a relaxing holiday. Simply a top location with the most stars.

We had a great stay, the house feels like a real home. Evelyn responded swiftly and when we had a minor problem it was fixes immediately. We use one of the three bikes which also worked perfectly.

Clemence’s place captures the best of what Airbnb can offer. The location is ideal—peaceful, private, and surrounded by nature, with hiking trails right outside the door. It’s also conveniently close to several villages for groceries and other essentials. The space itself is beautifully designed—cozy, clean, and thoughtfully laid out. It’s not large, but it never feels cramped thanks to smart use of space, including ample counter space in both the kitchen and bathroom. Clemence is a fantastic host: responsive, friendly, and respectful of your privacy. He went above and beyond, bringing us fresh strawberries and local beer, and offering great recommendations in the area. Easily one of our favorite Airbnb stays—highly recommended.

The house is very nice, several terraces, large, bright, friendly, tastefully furnished, everything you need is available. Located on a slope with a partial view of the lake. We did not use the existing sauna due to good weather. The landlord was always available and very nice and helpful. Bike/hiking trails, etc. are easily accessible. We immediately felt very comfortable and always gladly returned to the house after our activities. Thank you

We absolutely loved this place! The moment we walked in, we could immediately tell how clean and well-kept it was (It smelled amazing). Vanessa was incredibly polite and always available to help with anything we needed — don’t hesitate to reach out to her for recommendations; she pointed us to some amazing local restaurants. The sauna was definitely the highlight of our stay — it’s perfect, feels amazing, and Vanessa even provided infusions to enhance the experience. We’d gladly come back!

Everything was as described.. The communication with Achim was very nice and uncomplicated. The garden is very nice and quiet and a great playground for small children.

The accommodation was exemplary clean, the hostess extremely accommodating and we felt very comfortable at all times! Excellent equipment, everything explained super simply and everything there!

The accommodation Anja offers is in a very quiet area. It's an apartment that's very clean, tidy and makes you feel right at home. It has the necessary kitchen utensils for breakfast, dinner, etc. and a Lidl 1.5 km from the house. When I return to the area, I will stay at Anja's house again, that's for sure.

Absolutely amazing stay!Beautiful, new and clean house with everything we needed.Kitchen and bathroom, all supplies are clean and tidy, and it's really comfortable to stay.The location is not far from the bus station, train station, and supermarket, about five to seven minutes on foot.The balcony is large, you can dine and rest outdoors, and enjoy the scenery.Host Norbert responded kindly and quickly, Christel doesn't speak English, but is very friendly and happy to help us.There is no washing machine in the house, you can ask Christel to help you wash (extra charge).I'm so happy to have a great time at Norbert's house, highly recommended👍👍👍 (and the price is very affordable! We stayed at the property for 4 nights and were very satisfied. The apartment is very large with plenty of space. It is also very well equipped. When we arrived, we were received in a very friendly way. In advance, communication via Airbnb went smoothly and they responded immediately in between. We were walking directly from the property for a day and the closest we drove into the National Park. So very good activities. Pure nature! We definitely recommend the place with a clear conscience:)

We had a comfortable stay at this Airbnb. The furniture was clean, in good condition, and sufficient for our needs. The house was well-equipped, with everything we needed readily available. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the private parking was a great convenience. The view from the property was lovely, and the heating worked perfectly, keeping us cozy. The sofa bed was good for sitting, but for sleeping, it wasn’t very comfortable—it made noise and wasn’t in the best shape. The bedroom, however, was comfortable and well-suited for a good night’s sleep. Overall, it’s a nice place with plenty of positive aspects.
