Around the whole house is the large balcony. Below is a cozy path (50 m) to the private jetty for a morning swim. Take a ride with the rowing boat and try your luck fishing or borrow our two SUPs. The property is about 130 sqm with 3 rooms, toilet with bathtub and shower and kitchen with dining area in open plan. Underfloor heating in parts of the house and a cozy fireplace adjacent to the kitchen. Laundry room with washing machine. Cozy glass veranda and several terraces with secluded location or lake view. An older rowing boat is available if you want to take a trip on the lake.

Joakim & Helena welcome adult guests to enjoy the tranquility of the lake. Stay in our 28 m2 modern guest house in scenic surroundings. Swim and fish in the lake, relax on the jetty or in the wood-fired sauna, cook in our fantastic outdoor kitchen or walk on beautiful forest roads. During late summer and autumn, you can take the opportunity to pick mushrooms in the forests around the property. Only 50 minutes by car to the city pulse in Gothenburg, 15 minutes by car to Borås.

House Kilstrand directly on Lake Säven

The house was renovated in 2017 and impresses our guests with its interior design. Here, solo travelers, couples and families alike feel comfortable. There is also the possibility for befriended travelers to rent the neighboring beach cabin and Kilstrand house at the same time and thus be on the go with friends and still maintain their retreat option.
