The house is located in the charming community of Dalsjöfors 15 minutes from Borås city center. The accommodation floor is newly renovated. 1 km to a really nice lake where you can swim, fish & grill. Within walking distance (5min) you will find an award-winning tapas restaurant, pizzeria, grocery store and bakery. In the community there are also tennis courts, padel courts, bathhouses, a footpath around the lake with several barbecue areas. In the basement (older standard) there is another toilet, a shower and a washing machine. Bed linens and towels are always included in the price.

Accommodation is best suited for max 2 adults and 2 children. Double bed can be shared, as well as an extra single bed available. We had a delightful stay at Ida and Jonathan's guesthouse. The house is perfect for a family with 2 children, who get to sleep in the 'tree house' (upstairs, with lovely views out the windows into the trees). Everything about the property is well thought out, spotless, and new, with views and vistas in all directions. Fresh-cut flowers in vases and a welcome package in the house meant our hosts were standouts! Ida and Jonathan let us borrow their boat to explore the lake, and ensured we had life jackets for our kids. They have a beautiful garden and comfortable bedding, and they have considered what guests need to unwind!

We had a wonderful honeymoon at Lennart and Pia’s cottage. We loved the location, right on the lake. And spent many days frolicking on the lake, jumping in and out of the sauna, exploring with the paddleboards and rowing boat. It was amazing!! There were beautiful forest surrounding the home. The nearby Naas Fabrika did the best bread and cardamom buns too! This was an absolute gem of an airbnb, thank you so much Lennart and Pia for sharing your amazing place with us! Thank you!
