Holiday rentals with a patio in Manciano

We loved staying at Alessio's place. It's even better looking in real life. The views, the space. The little things such as having coffee and a little breakfast ready for you. We enjoyed our stay very much and will be back!

We stayed at the apartment Luca's and everything was just great! The apartment is cozy, clean, equipped in a quiet place – ideal for relaxing on Lake Bolsena. Very convenient – just down the stairs is a great restaurant with delicious food and friendly staff. Just a few steps and can swim in the lake – the water is clean and the environment is very calm and the environment is very calm. We also rented a boat to drive ourselves – a very fun experience! We also visited the spectacular "dead city" in Civita di Bagnoregio nearby – definitely worth seeing. Luca was a very helpful and communicative host – everything went smoothly from start to finish. I definitely recommend and would love to come back ourselves.

Beatrice's house is very hospitable and has all the comforts. Very close to the small center of Albinia, some essential activities are within walking distance. Strategically located, in about 15 minutes you can reach Orbetello or Porto Santo Stefano. Having visited in Winter we did not take advantage of the beaches, which turn out to be very close. The house is not equipped with central heating but a heat pump allows you to easily heat the apartment. Beatrice's house is perfect as a base to visit the beautiful towns in the area in all seasons!

Noemi, was really great at communicating with me incredibly responsive I never had to wait her mother manages the place and I absolutely love her she was totally amazing! the apartment was clean had everything I needed to enjoy a full month stay it was close to the hot springs and close to my favorite medieval villages very convenient wonderful parking the place was really safe and the little village was absolutely wonderful I felt safe comfortable at home and really enjoyed my stay! I highly recommend this apartment if you're looking to be in this area and enjoy the hot springs and all wonderful back roads of Tuscany and the beautiful landscapes and The Beautiful People and the absolutely delicious food! This was the most magical place to call home while in Tuscany. Marco communicated really well from the beginning, and was available for any questions you may have had. The bathrooms were so clean, the kitchen was well stocked, there were enough pillows and blankets if you got cold and the air conditioning was perfect for those hot days and as a bonus the wifi worked really well. The swimming pool was only a few steps away and had a breathtaking view as well and was super clean. The sunsets were to die for on the front patio and they even provide a table with an umbrella if you want to dine outdoors. This place was so beautiful and felt like home, it was our favourite place in all of Italy.

Well-decorated accommodation with taste. Supermarket 50 m away. Small town center 200 m away, train station 400 m away. Warm welcome that changes us from code locks. A one-night stop on the road to the south for us. We recommend

We had a nice stay at Villa Emma. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen well-stocked, and the patio was perfect for enjoying the beautiful weather. The apartment is close to a playground, shop, restaurants, and a quick drive to farms and surrounding towns. Deborah provided a crib for our baby and her restaurant had high chairs, which we really appreciated. The included breakfast at her lovely restaurant was delicious and convenient. She also left a welcome bottle of prosecco for us in the apartment. When we had car trouble, she quickly found a mechanic to look at our car. She was very responsive and helpful and made it a wonderful trip to Tuscany!

Wow! The best stay of our trip! Carolina is an absolute delight and went out of her way to organize a pizza making class for us and gave us phenomenal local recommendations. The space is beautiful, peaceful, and historic and the sights around the area were spectacular. Carolina even shared the very cool history and renovation process of the property with us. I would highly recommend this property!

The space is large and sufficiently furnished. The bed was good and the bathroom with walk-in shower excellent. The center of the nice old town is within walking distance (10 minutes) and supermarkets around the corner (3 minutes walk) Breakfast in the village is excellent the accommodation is a great base for excursions to Bolseno, Orvieto or very nice sculpture park in Bomarzo. Swimming is a great option in the lake

We were guests of Serena and Giulio at the end of May with three teenagers. The apartment is clear and well laid out, each sleeping area has its own bathroom. From the living room and the triple room, you can directly access a very large, partially shaded terrace. Depending on the weather and the sun, you will always find a good place - sun, half shade, shade, wind or wind shadow, there is a corner for everything. On the terrace, there is a spacious dining table and three garden loungers, so everyone can find a spot. If you want to get moving, you can play a round of table tennis. No matter where you sit, inside or outside, on the deck chair or at the table: the view over the well-kept garden to the sea and the opposite hills is unimaginably beautiful. Those who manage to tear themselves away from the view will find cultivated and uncultivated beaches and charming villages on the peninsula. We felt very comfortable! Thank you, Serena and Giulio!

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect. We especially enjoyed the flexibility to use the kitchen for cooking after much eating out and lived mornings and evenings on the roof top terrace!

The property was immaculate and beautifully furnished. A tranquil setting and a great base to explore the delights of Umbria. Rita was always quick to respond to any queries and recommended some super places to visit and eat!

Lovely place, surrounded by nature, apartment with all comforts, everything very well cared for even in the details. But the strong point is Anna who pampered us with her attentions and delicacies. An "old-fashioned" hospitality that made our stay, albeit short, unforgettable!!!

Eleonora was always available and even if we did not meet her in person, we felt well taken care of. We were allowed to enter the apartment long before the actual check-in time, which was very helpful for us. The apartment looks exactly like in the photos. It is modern and at the same time cozy and really wonderfully large. There is an outdoor area that we used for breakfast and dinner in the sun. The area is a quiet residential area, there is free parking in the street. In about 10 minutes on foot, you can reach the city center with many shops, cafes and restaurants.

Dominik’s house became our home away from home. The apartment was clean and spacious with a well stocked kitchen. We will miss our lunches sitting outside on the front balcony, our afternoon cocktails on the back balcony, and watching the sun set from our kitchen window. Because of my special needs Dominik went out of his way to accomodate and help. Il Nuvoloso is everything you would expect for an Italian vacation. We hope to be able to return again one day. We definitely would recommend Il Nuvoloso as a perfect place to stay. Thank you Dominik for all you have done to make our stay perfect. Big hug to Celeste and the staff.

Francesco is an excellent host. Podere Cupiano is a fantastic estate. The views are to die for. Sopratutto, the pool is amazing. Montieri is a super cute and friendly town nearby with great restaurants. You should also visit the restaurant at VIN Hotel, a ten minute walk away.

We were in the area for a wedding and Lesley & Ricardo's place was perfect for us. Everything we needed to enjoy our short stay. Was recommended a lovely bar in Buonconvento for Aperitivo and it was really great, worth the short drive to enjoy sunset :)
