Proximity to Kvåsfossen with possibility for wild trout fishing. Amazing hiking opportunities summer and winter. Warm yourself on a campfire pan on the mountain outside the cabin. Terraces around large parts of the cabin for those who love to relax in the sun chair. About 20 minutes by car is Lyngdal which can offer shopping/restaurants and not least Sørlandsbadet. 30 min from the ski resort.

A few minutes away from the river for those who have license to fish salmon from June to Sept.

Here you can relax with lovely views from the living room and terrace. Take a short or long walk in the woods/on the mountain right above the cabin. Fishing with the boat located in the common marina down by the water. Short distance to the summer town of Flekkefjord (20 min by car) and 7 km to Moi city center where you will find, among other things, 2 grocery stores, pizzeria and a fantastic pastry shop. Early check-in/late check-out is possible, just ask.

Huset er lyst og trivelig Sveitserhus fra 1890 med balkong og gårdsplass. Gårdsplassen er felles sammen med 2 andre leiligheter. Komplett bad med dusj og boblebad. Stor stue med salong, og kjøkken med spisebord. Parkering på en offentlig parkering 100 meter fra huset. Huset er midt i Mandal sentrum med gåavstand til alle fasiliteter som butikker og uteliv. Flakk Gård is located in scenic surroundings by Tovdalselva. The apartment is completely newly renovated and is characterized by charm and tranquility. The place is good for couples, friends, families (with children), and groups. The bedrooms are suitable for two families on a trip, but also suitable for a group of friends on a fishing trip. Tovdalselva is a well-known salmon river, and large fish are caught both upstream and downstream.
