Proximity to Kvåsfossen with possibility for wild trout fishing. Amazing hiking opportunities summer and winter. Warm yourself on a campfire pan on the mountain outside the cabin. Terraces around large parts of the cabin for those who love to relax in the sun chair. About 20 minutes by car is Lyngdal which can offer shopping/restaurants and not least Sørlandsbadet. 30 min from the ski resort.

The house is in the middle of Mandal city center with walking distance to all amenities such as shops and nightlife.
