Skipperhuset

🏡 Skipperhuset is the oldest house on our family farm Birkenes, which is located in Farsund municipality. The Skipper's House was built in the 19th century and has been rehabilitated several times, most recently in the spring of 2021. In collaboration with a local painting company, we work to make the house as authentic as possible, including by wallpapering the living room, kitchen, and hallway with skipper's house wallpaper and linseed oil paint to preserve wood, etc. Skipperhuset has a natural place on the farm and is located wall to wall with the brewery, which has a renovated bakery oven.

The house is one of the first to be built on the beach site Snig. There is one house with a lot of history and soul that is located along the road to the south of Lindesnes. Private terrace. Cozy planted garden with garden furniture. Immediate proximity to large public beach with facilities such as playground, football field and boccia court. As well as barbecue facilities.

We offer a great old southern house in the most charming wooden house settlement in the Mandal. The property has a cozy backyard with gas grill where you can relax and enjoy the summer days. The house is located in the city center with walking distance to most things such as restaurants, bars, shops, beaches and hiking and outdoor areas. Mandal is known for its gorgeous bathing beaches, which have attracted visitors for years. Mandal has good possibilities for golf, fishing, boat trips, modern concrete park, museums and more.

We rent out our funky house in Viga, in Spind. The house was built in 2018, and has a high standard. On the ground floor there is a hallway, laundry room, TV lounge with sofa bed, bathroom, and three bedrooms all furnished with 2 single beds. On the second floor there is a large kitchen, living room, dining table, TV area, bedroom with double bed, and large bathroom connected to this bedroom. Outside there is a difficult terrace with a lot of living space, various seating groups, jacuzzi and fire pit, and nice views!

Stort helt nytt sørlandshus med stor hage sjøbu, egen strand og brygge. Passer fint for 2 familier. I oktober november tar vi med leietakere på hummerfiske. Båt. Øien 20 fot med 70 Yamaha Masse aktiviteter - fotballbane, volleyballnett, badminton, husker for store og små, slakk line, trampoline, kubbespill. 5 kajakker, 2 supbrett, 2 vannmadrasser og fiskeutstyr for fiske med brygga eller på sjøen. Fisketur med teiner, garn eller stang etter avtale. Badstue tilgjengelig for leietakere

Ideal for companies that need a relaxing place for their employees for a shorter period. Also suitable for 2 families. It is 10 min to Mandal, 5 min to beaches and the sea. 45 min to Dyreparken in Kristiansand. It is a nice apartment on the side if you are more in the traveling party, which can be rented. There is a nice covered terrace.

Living room, dining area and kitchen in one room, 1 bathroom with shower and washing machine, 2 bedrooms with 2 beds each. Towels (1 big+1 small) and bedsheets are included in the price, and beds are made on arrival. 2 parking space. There is a large terrace facing west, otherwise some of the outdoor area is still under construction.
