Beachfront holiday rentals in Mandelieu-La Napoule

We had a great stay at this well-located apartment. It’s right across from the beach with lovely sea views, and there are several quiet coves nearby with clear water — ideal for swimming. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The air conditioning was very helpful during the heat, and private parking made things easy. The train station is just a short walk away, with Cannes less than 30 minutes by train — perfect for day trips. Overall, a very convenient and relaxing place to stay. We’d definitely return.

Honestly, this was probably the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at — and we’ve stayed in many across different countries. If you’re looking for a place to stay on the Côte d’Azur, just book this one. I spent over a week researching options, so I know pretty well what’s out there in this area, and I’m happy we ended up choosing this one. The location is amazing — literally one step from the beach. There’s a big grocery store right across the street, an underground parking garage, and a really nice infinity pool in the complex. The apartment itself is super well-equipped — everything is modern, from the blackout curtains to the shower. Villeneuve-Loubet turned out to be a great spot — calm and relaxing, but also perfect as a base to explore the French Riviera, Monaco, and even Italy (about 1.5 hours by car). Corinne was also a fantastic host — always quick to respond (usually within 5 minutes) and really helpful whenever we had a question. Highly recommended — we would love to come back!

Konum olarak mükemmel. Her yere yürüyüş mesafesi olması, etrafında birçok restaurant ve barların olması büyük avantaj. Ev yeni dekore edilmiş ve çok temiz. Balkonunda oturmak çok keyifli. Evde ana banyo ve tuvaletin yanı sıra Ebeveyn odasında da tuvalet ve banyo olması çok rahatlatıcı. Salon ve mutfak tüm imkanları sunuyor. Tekrar Cannes seyahatimde mümkünse tekrar kalmak isterim. An amazing space! Etienne was very communicative and welcomed us on time. Space is in a very ideal location located right on the promenade within walking distance to all the restaurants and shops. Furniture was clean. Bathroom was pristine; everything worked well. Would recommend staying here on your visit to Cannes.

Such a beautiful apartment and it’s just 5mins walk to the beach , super market , restaurants just few mins walk , moreover , 3 mins walk to train station that makes my trip a lot more easier , Jerome is such a nice gentleman and provide lots of suggestions , I definitely would come back again , thank you Jerome !

Fantastic location in Cannes, walkable to the sea and shops nearby. Perfect for a large group (9 of us) and the flat is extremely well stocked with all the essentials. Remy has also been great and responsive to any questions we had before we arrived. Thanks so much for a great stay!

Nous avons passé un séjour formidable à Cannes dans ce magnifique logement ! La résidence est très calme, parfaite pour se reposer, et offre une vue imprenable sur la mer. La piscine à débordement est un vrai plus, avec un cadre à couper le souffle. Un grand merci à Jérémy, qui a été extrêmement réactif et disponible tout au long du séjour. Malgré notre arrivée tardive, il est resté éveillé pour s’assurer que nous trouvions facilement l’appartement, avec des instructions claires et rassurantes. Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour — c’était génial, nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

This Airbnb surpassed all expectations! The garden is designed like a fairy tale paradise, with hydrangeas and lush trees artfully arranged—every corner is worthy. The 180-degree floor-to-ceiling ocean views are breathtaking, waking up to the soothing sound of waves in the morning and falling asleep under the glow of sunset in the evening. It was the perfect finale to our island getaway.

Sophie & Clément are great hosts. They allowed us to extend our trip longer than anticipated. Their apartment is lovely.

Benoit’s place is lovely, clean, and well appointed. It has amazing views and is quiet and very private. We worked with Sébastien who met us at the gate, let us in, and told us everything we needed to know. He helped us with everything and was super responsive to every text. It’s a good place if you have a car because there is parking available. If you don’t have a car, you will need to use a taxi or Uber to get to the center of town at about 20-30 Euros per trip. We didn’t have a car, but we were able to get Ubers and taxis fairly easily. We were quite comfortable and enjoyed our stay there very much!

Meitä oli 8 hengen seurue, joista 2 oli lapsia. Viihdyimme kaikki todella hyvin. Kaunis paikka ja upeat näkymät. Todella siistiä ja keittiössä oli kattava astiasto. Nautimme lomastamme todella paljon. Talossa ehkä pienenä miinuksena (mikä ei todellakaan vaikuta kokonaisarvosteluun) oli hiukan hassusti sijoitetut vessat. Jokaisella makuuhuoneella oli oma kylpyhuone, mutta vain yhdessä niistä oli wc. Lisäksi talossa oli kaksi erillistä wc:tä, joten määrä oli kyllä riittävä, mutta sijoittelu tuntui hieman oudolta. Kylpyhuonessa piti myös huolehtia riittävästä tuulettamisesta, ettei ilma mennyt ummehtuneeksi. Tämä lienee enemmän paikallinen rakennustapa, joka poikkeaa pohjoismaisesta tyylistä. Lisäksi jos olet herkkä äänille, niin on hyvä tietää, että viereisen tien melu kuuluu vähän. Meitä tämä ei haitannut. Todella hieno paikka ja ystävälliset, mutta omaa rauhaa antavat majoittajat. Suosittelen ehdottomasti tätä paikkaa. Loma oli täydellinen.

Notre séjour chez Cécile a été très reposant l’appartement est idéalement situé à 10min à pied du centre de Mandelieu tout est accessible à pieds et le parc de la résidence est magnifique ! Janine a été très accueillante et disponible pour nos questions je recommande fortement !

Great location to get around the whole Cannes area. Really easy access to the bus system. Host does amazing job helping with ideas and things to do. Wish we could have stayed for much longer

Magnifique appartement avec deux terrasses, une vue incroyable sur mer et l’autre sur le massif de l’Esterel. Grande piscine très agréable et calme, parking en sous sol avec accès direct à l’appartement. Très bonne communication avec Florence que nous remercions pour son accueil et sa gentillesse. Nous recommandons sans hésitation et reviendrons avec plaisir.

Etc : Electric heater intallated in each room, fully furnished essentials(including welcome gift - wine and drinks) f. 20mins to Cannes by car 2.Cons a. no handrail on stairway(this need improvement) b. no TV but managable c. train noises during operario hours(this might be unpleasant if you need quite place) d. free parking but not reserved for guest.

This place had a million dollar view of the ocean that cannot be understated. The location was an easy few minute drive to the center of Cannes and all the points beyond. Parking at the building was super convenient. The unit was stocked with all the essentials. The host was easy to communicate with for the check in/out process. We were traveling in by car from Italy, and she kept in touch on our progress so that our arrival was perfect. Again, it was spacious inside and out with an incredible ocean front view. A real lucky fine. We hope to return and recommend 100%!

Äußerst fantastisch - wir waren so happy in der Wohnung von Kerstin zu sein. Hier ist einfach alles durchdacht, blitzsauber, liebevoll hergerichtet, mit Charme & Herz das spürt man sofort. Die Wohnung ist makellos, die Lage traumhaft, Öffis, Restaurants, Altstadt alles zu Fuss wunderbar erreichbar. VeloStation, Bushaltestelle, Supermarkt, Cafe, Strand -alles direkt vor der Haustüre. Parken in der Haltezone vor dem Haus ganz easy. Vom Kinderspielzeug, über Büroutensilien, traumhafte Küchenausstattung, Nespreso Maschine, Eiswürfelmaschine, Fotoaccessoires, Einkaufstrolly, Waschmaschine + Wäschetrockner … es ist einfach wirklich alles da. Kerstin hat an alles gedacht 🥰. Wir fühlten uns wie daheim. Alle Empfehlungen von Kerstin zu den Restaurants sind super, wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit. Besonders nett, herzlich und hilfsbereit ist auch Anna beim Check In. Danke vielmals.

A beautiful home - thank you for allowing us to stay. Very clean and modern with a good security system. Driveway is steep but manageable and so worth it to get to the view. The bedrooms are comfortable and AC is good. Two fridges are great. Loved the lounges around the pool. Both Maud and Laura were excellent at answering questions, plus Laura helped us out at short notice with any issues, and got us great tables at 2 nearby restaurants. We loved the peaceful environment and beaches around Les Issambres and it was a great base for visiting Saint Tropez by boat, and Saint Raphael by car or bus, as well as other Cote D'Azur beaches and villages.

Très bel environnement. Maison face à la mer avec le bruit des clapotis des vagues depuis la terrasse. Accessibilité à la crique en contrebas, deux minutes à pied. Plage de galets. Charles a été d'une incroyable gentillesse et réactivité.
