A bright two-room apartment on the 3rd floor with a small elevator, offering views of the lake and mountains, just steps from the village center. It features a spacious living room (with sofa, TV, and Wi-Fi), an equipped kitchen (Italian coffee machine, kettle, toaster, stove, microwave, refrigerator), a double bedroom with balcony access, and a bathroom with a window, sink, toilet, bidet, shower, and washing machine. A reserved parking space is available, and if you'd like, an enclosed and covered bicycle area can also be provided.

It is 500 meters to the bus station of line 2, which goes to the lake and the city center. The 65 square meter apartment consists of a large living room with a balcony facing the lake. Magnificent view also from the double bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped, as is the completely newly renovated bathroom with shower.

My accommodation is near town centre, in a very quiet location. It is 15 minutes far by car from Como centre and 20 minutes by car from the amazing Bellagio. There are a lot of walks into the wild and outstanding beaches on the lake. You’ll like this apartment because of its privacy and its breathtaking view. It’s suitable for all people, like couples, lonely people, families (with children) and pet friends!

Il cortiletto è ad uso esclusivo dell'appartamento. Nelle torride giornate estive rimane fresco, e il fiori colorati lo rendono una piacevole oasi dove potersi rilassare all'aria aperta.
