It consists of a large living room with an open kitchen and a very comfortable double sofa bed, a bright bedroom, and a bathroom with shower. It is located on the second floor of an 1800s building, in a very well-frequented residential area. Entire Apartment I am always available to better organize your vacation, give suggestions on itineraries on the lake or in the mountains, book rental boats, and any information that allows you to enjoy the beauty of Como to the fullest. In the house, on the magnetic board, there will always be updates on all the most beautiful events in the city and on the lake. The apartment is in a quiet residential area, close to the walled city and not far from the lake. The neighborhood is well-frequented and very well served in terms of shops and parking. And a stone's throw away is the best pastry shop in the area: Luisita! It is perfectly connected by public transport

La Perla Holiday, in Bellagio, is an independent portion without a kitchen of a newly built villa, located on the ground floor, with free private parking and garden, away from traffic but a short distance from the center and the lake. The nearest beach can be reached within a 6-minute walk, convenience store 2,bar restaurant pool, post office,carabinieri,pharmacy,doctors and bus stops within a 3-minute walk. The Imbarcadero and the beautiful lakefront of the village are a 15/20 minute walk.
