It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

Vila Andreja je moderna i elegantna kuća za odmor. Ova vila nudi smještaj za 8 gostiju.Kada uđete u vilu nalazi se dnevni boravak sa blagovaonicom i potpuno opremljenom kuhinjom. U prizemlju se nalaze 2 spavaće sobe. Svaka spavaća soba raspolaže s televizorom, klimom i privatnom kupaonicom. Tu je jos i wc sa perilicom i sušilicom.Na prvom katu se nalaze druge dvije spavaće sobe i terasa. U dvorištu osim ležaljki i bazena nalazi se i ljetna kuhinja. Bazen može biti i grijan uz nadoplatu.

House Tomas is a cozy holiday house with a garden, terrace, BBQ, an irregular shaped private pool with about 30m2 surface area with a small waterfall, in a quiet location not far from Pula. Its 65 m² provide all the necessary comforts and conveniences, with a functional space for 4 people. Two bedrooms, double bed in the first and a two single beds in the second. It has a bathroom with a shower, WC and washing machine. One extra person (child) can sleep in the living room on a sofa bed.

The inside space is 38m2, it is air-conditioned, WiFi covered, bathroom with shower and washing machine. There's parking in front, a private covered terrace with barbecue area, and a sitting lounge.

The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.
