Villa Andreja is a modern and elegant holiday home. This villa offers accommodation for 8 guests. When you enter the villa there is a living room with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms. Each bedroom has a TV, air conditioning and a private bathroom. There is also a toilet with a washing machine and a dryer.On the first floor there are two other bedrooms and a terrace. In the yard, in addition to sun loungers and swimming pool, there is also a summer kitchen. The pool can also be heated at an additional cost.

It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.

PULA- House with Garden,near Roman Arena

Our holiday home is a unique place right next to the Amphitheater Arena. Located in a quiet side street with a green private oasis full of native plants. Until last season, we rented out a smaller part of the house, while since this season in 2024, our accommodation has been renovated and expanded to be larger and more comfortable. Free WiFi
