Very nice quiet apartment, close to downtown Epernay. You will find a beautiful living space with fully equipped kitchen, a sitting area with sofa bed (extra) and TV. A separate toilet. A master bedroom equipped with a 160 x 200 bed, open to the shower room. A second bedroom, connecting with the first (be careful, no door between the 2 bedrooms), equipped with a pull-out bed and closets, which is suitable for children. Reversible air conditioning in the apartment.

The VERTIGO flat is of high standing, for family or friends, with 2 parental suites, a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room with leather sofa bed, a separate toilet and a private terrace.
