Olivia & Vincent's place was lovely and walking distance from the city center. Great for a big group with lots of space and amenities. Also walking distance from the train station. The only recommendation I would give to anyone staying there is if you have a tough time with steep stairs it may not be the location for you as some of the rooms require a bit of a climb. Other than that, it was perfect. And Olivia & Vincent were lovely...

Great, attentive and accommodating owner!

We had a great time at Sandrine and her husband's cottage. We were hosted very well. The accommodation is very warm, tastefully decorated. My daughter was delighted to be able to enjoy the games room. Having a bathroom in each room is a real plus and the bedding is very comfortable. The pool is very nice and clean, we appreciated the organization proposed by the hosts to share it equally between the two cottages. We'll be happy to go back to enjoy all these positive points again!

Christophe and his family are welcoming and friendly hosts. The Coquelicot cottage matches the photos and description. We had a pleasant stay there as a family and were able to enjoy the quiet environment of the cottage. We were also able to benefit from Christophe's advice and recommendations, who is an attentive host. We enjoyed the friendly atmosphere of the shared courtyard and its barbecue.

Daniel and Agnès were great hosts, easy to communicate with and very considerate. The house and garden are beautiful, and the breakfast with fresh croissants, baguette, fruit, and homemade jams was lovely. The neighborhood is a bit less charming, but it's quiet, and with Uber you're quickly in the city center or out in the Champagne countryside. All in all, a very pleasant stay. Would definitely recommend.

Thanks to Patricia for her availability, for her responsiveness during the exchanges and for her kindness. My family was absolutely delighted. I would highly recommend its ideally located cottage, which can accommodate a large family. We will be back again.

From the moment Paula reached out (which was before our arrival to offer putting up a Christmas tree) to the moment we left, we couldn't have asked for more. Paula's home is beautiful and exactly as described. The beds were very comfortable and the entire house was spotless. All we could need was provided, even as far as makeup remover and sanitary products. In terms of location it was easy to find, easy to park (on the street or opposite in the church car park) and about a 10/15 minute (flat) walk to the centre of Epernay. Paula herself is lovely and very helpful, and it is clear this isn't just a business to her. I wholeheartedly recommend staying and will absolutely return if we visit Epernay again.

We definitely loved Ghislaine's place! The house is fantastic: lovely living room, comfortable bedrooms and sofas, well-furnished kitchen, squeaky clean bathroom. In 20-minute walk you are in Avenue de Champagne where you can fully enjoy the experience! Pommery and Reims are just 40-minute drive distant. The host is reactive and communicates very well, all the instructions were very clear. This place immensely contributed to the exceptional outcome of the trip. I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy a nice weekend in the Champagne region, especially to group of friends made for sharing unforgettable experiences in perfect harmony.

Great stay in Épernay, and the location of this place was perfect for us. 2mins from the main high street and fresh food market, mini markets near by. Nice touch to have the dart board and pinball machine available too. Only slight gripe was the layout of the rooms, in that the twin bed room was off one of the double rooms, but you know what, it all worked fine, and we utilised the (very comfortable) futon in the Japanese room. Would happily stay here again.

Lovely space in a great location

Richard and Magda are a charming and very welcoming couple. We were a new group and although we arrived quite late( after 9pm) they wanted to welcome us and take us around the house. Their home is clean and clean, charming and well equipped. We had a great time. I would highly recommend to those looking for an exotic stay less than 2 hours north of Paris.

The owner Zine, is very welcoming and friendly. I loved it, the place is easy to find, I was very well received. Cleanliness and comfort are great, you feel at home. I recommend 👍🏼

We rented this accommodation to attend our little girl's communion. Well located in the center of SEZANNE, with parking nearby, close to shops and monuments. The accommodation is pleasant with large well-furnished rooms, a well-equipped kitchen, the only small complaint is a fairly limited amount of dishes available. Thank you for the cold drink and the coffees, teas and sweets made available to us.
