Monthly Rentals in Mardy

This was a brilliant apartment to stay in. The location was central, the apartment was thoughtfully furnished and contemporary. Welcome gifts were left for guests and were much appreciated. The apartment had two gated parking spaces and parking was easy. Our hosts were very responsive and did everything they could to ensure we had a lovely stay. We hope to return.

We had a fantastic stay for my partners 25th birthday! Sarah kindly put up a balloon and prosecco on arrival which was a lovely touch. The views are outstanding! We loved how it was all open space which made it super cosy. We love to hike and on our second day we walked up the sugar loaf mountain straight from the apartment which was fab. We loved watching the sheep and noticed the cute guinea pig in the garden :) Abergavenny town is only down the road and we loved how easily accessible everything is. If you want incredible balcony views, peace & quiet then this is the place to stay. We will most certainly be back. 10/10! 😊

This is one of the best Airbnb's we've ever stayed in! It was very spacious and comfortable for a traveling couple, and the views of the surrounding hills from 3 sides were absolutely stunning! The location is excellent for those without a car, in a quiet neighborhood that's an easy 10-15 min walk to the towns' amenities, and a 30 minute walk to the train station. We also hiked up sugar loaf directly from the front door! Lucie was a superb host: the kitchen and bathroom were extremely well equipped, there are several hiking books in the unit + other personal recommendations on places to go in the area, and lastly Lucie was very kind and understanding when we had a small accident in the kitchen that was 100% our fault. We felt very looked after during our stay and can't wait to be back in Abergavenny!

This was my second stay at Kathryn's apartments, this time in the Loft suit, which is nice and roomy and beautifully finished. Very modern feel, great shower and kitchen area as well as comfy sofa and an excellent little work nook at the back I used a lot for online meetings. Such an excellent apartment. Kathryn is also the perfect hostess, so friendly, helpful and beautiful. She has been wonderful to work with and I look forward to staying with her again if I can.
