We felt at home at Massimo's. Everything was as it should be and even better. The house was large, spacious and very clean. Perfect for our family of four plus a dog. The place is located far from the buildings, so you can relax in peace. The garden was large, perfect for spending time outdoors, and there was a large and clean swimming pool where you could cool off on hot days. The contact with Massimo was without reservations. He always wrote back within a few minutes and if we needed anything, he was always available. In the kitchen, there were basic food products to make coffee and eat something after a long journey. In addition, we received delicious wine, and as soon as it was missing, he always brought new ones. On the last day, we had delicious croissants for breakfast. I highly recommend this home. Everything was perfect. And we hope to return there.

Our stay here was amazing! The host was extremely friendly and helped us bring our suitcases in when she saw us struggling to bring them up the hill. She gave us a map of the area along with recommendations for restaurants and things to do. She was super communicative and helpful whenever we needed anything! The airbnb is beautiful and I wish we could’ve stayed longer. The view is amazing and we felt super comfortable and welcome. We fell in love with San Marino and will definitely be back with the same hosts and place!

Honestly, Deborah was the perfect host for several reasons. Beyond being incredibly kind and understanding, she really tuned into what I needed. I mentioned that this was my first time in a town like this and that I was hoping to hibernate for a few days, and her place felt like the perfect fit. She went above and beyond to make the check-in process smooth, even offering to pick me up from the train station and take me to the grocery store—on a Sunday, no less, when most places were closed and options were limited. Her home was serene, even more beautiful than the photos, and I immediately felt safe and at ease in the neighbourhood. I also loved how central it was to most things, like a spa, fruit/vegetable store, cafes, restaurants and convenience stores. In a world that often feels like it’s growing less kind, Deborah truly understands the heart of hospitality. :)

We were a group of 13 people – with and without disruption, a facility from Switzerland - and were allowed to spend our Easter holiday in your house this year. Both the house itself and the surrounding area have delighted us, but in particular we would like to emphasize the warm and open contact with you. We take a trip together every year around this time and have experienced many beautiful accommodations – but rarely has a house been as perfect for us as a group. We would like to sincerely thank you for the wonderful time we were able to spend at your place. It was a completely successful stay, and we agree: We would love to come back!

Valerio gave me very clear directions... as soon as I arrived, I was greeted by the lady who helps him, who came to clean halfway through the stay... everything was very clean and new... I recommend this accommodation for holidays in Cesenatico... thank you all and see you next time.

A very comfortable place to stay. We utilised the garden and it was great to have that space. Beds were very comfortable. Maybe extra pillows and wine glasses would be a nice addition. Also more detailed instructions regarding heating, bins would be useful. That said, no complaints at all. We had a great stay.

valentina's place is beautiful, the photos reflect reality, it is located inside a residence, with reserved parking), in a quiet area, but close to a supermarket (10 minutes walk) in Viale Dante(10 minutes on foot), with a very large nearby park, with a play area for children and dog areas for those who, like us, travel with the dog. He welcomed us by Valentina's husband, very kind, he explained what he had to and suggested some right place to eat, the apartment is very clean, it is not exposed to the sun, the terrace is fantastic, spacious, with space to eat and a nice comfortable duck (contested by everyone), for our dog they gave us a rug with a bowl and a small mangerice for him, we really appreciated the bathroom sheets of three different colors, so we could be distinguished, thank you for your hospitality

Apartment a stone's throw from the Lido, clean and well maintained, my family and I had a great time. Francesco has always been very helpful. Congratulations on the accommodation and the professionalism shown. We had a nice holiday.

If you come here, you can't miss the schiaccia, a divine delicacy! The location is enchanting: silence broken only by the sounds of nature, and a timeless atmosphere that invites slowness and serenity. Perfect for unwinding and regenerating. Highly recommended for those seeking authenticity, good food and a warm welcome.

Probably the loveliest Airbnb I've ever stayed in. Luxurious room and house, idyllic pool and grounds, incredible views and a delicious breakfast each day. I'd definitely recommend opting for breakfast - this was a fresh, thoughtful selection served in the house's exquisite dining room, a perfect start to the day. Francesca was friendly, helpful and accommodating, arranging for our check in an hour early and helping us with a taxi to the station at the end of our trip. Thank you for such a sublime stay!

We had a great stay. Fantastic location, Katia was proactive and helpful throughout. Arrival instructions were clear, but I missed a step - response was speedy sending me photos to show me what to do. House bigger than we expected. Very quiet, good facilities and as described. Shared swimming pool, but it was big, well maintained and never crowded. Would thoroughly recommend.

We had a wonderful time at Mara’s place and we absolutely loved the location on the beach. The apartment was beautiful, airy and bright, spotless, and we had plenty of space. The best part was the beautiful bagno. It was not overcrowded and the umbrellas were not spaced “on top of each other”. The kids had a blast! Note that there is no convenience store in immediate walking distance and to get supplies on your way in (if you don’t plan on moving the car once you’ve arrived). We would definitely return! Definitely a positive experience. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos. A little gem. Everything is very well cared for, from the furniture to the equipment to the terrace. Quiet area, very close to the sea. Pedestrian area not far away. Attilio is a very helpful and friendly person.

Tidy and clean apartment, modernly renovated and equipped with all the comforts. Also great for families with small children. In fact, the apartment is also provided on request with a high chair, changing table and baby bath tub. (All new). Indispensable for those who, like me, travel with a newborn. The beach is very close, in fact during my stay I did not need to take the car. The owner Linda was super kind, helpful and welcoming, always ready to respond to our needs. Highly recommended

We felt very comfortable with Chiara. The apartment was clean and cute. Many small items such as toilet paper, salt, coffee or detergent were already available. Chiara always responded promptly to messages and was always courteous and friendly. In addition to answering questions, she also sent recommendations for activities in the area. The only thing we missed in June was actually an air conditioner, which 😅 we hadn't paid attention to before. Because it is only one room, it is difficult to create a draft. Otherwise, the area is quite quiet and you are 3 minutes' walk from the beach!

What a fantastic stay in Rimini! This apartment was an absolute gem. It's clear it's been recently renovated, as everything felt modern and fresh. We were so impressed with how spacious it was – much more room than we expected, which made our stay incredibly comfortable. The apartment genuinely had all the equipment we needed, from a well-stocked kitchen to all the essentials, making it feel like a home away from home. A huge bonus was the private parking in the backyard, which was incredibly convenient and saved us a lot of hassle. The area itself is lovely, feeling safe and pleasant. We loved being able to walk to everything – the beach, shops, and restaurants were all within a 5 to 10-minute stroll, which was perfect for exploring Rimini without needing a car. And for those who need to stay connected, the Wi-Fi was incredibly fast and reliable. Highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and thoroughly enjoyable stay in Rimini!

Nice modern apartment with comfortable beds; lovely beach views. We needed to make some use of the air conditioning as the weather was so hot during our stay.

The apartment has a prime location. There is an open air paid parking 7 min walk from the apartment. You can park your car for € 6. 50 daily. There is a big fish and farm market right next to the parking lot which was very convenient. We had a very nice stay. Thank you, Lorenzo
