Hola, me llamó Gerard. Soy el anfitrión de @MYHOMEPARATI. Me gusta darles la intimidad que se merecen los huéspedes con su propia casa de invitados totalmente reformada en enero de 2024. Podrás disfrutar del espacio exterior para descansar así como de la piscina de uso privado durante la estancia. (Pero hay un poco de visiblidad exterior) Estacionamiento gratuito en el interior de la finca. La vivienda esta situada a 15 minutos de Barcelona y a pocos kilómetros de playas y otros centros.

Bienvenidos a Mas Vinyoles, una casa rural en Les Gavarres, Girona, con dos alojamientos para 4 y 6 personas, calefacción, chimenea, lavadora, lavavajillas, piscina y un jardín con huerto. El precio incluye acceso a habitaciones y baños según el número de personas en la reserva. El alojamiento es privado; si sois dos, se habilitará una habitación y un baño, y las demás quedarán cerradas. Se puede pagar un suplemento para usar más espacios. La casita de patio , está sitiada junto a la piscina en el patio de la casa principal (donde resido yo). Consta de dos estancias. En la preciosa entrada se encuentra un inmenso vestidor. Desde ahi, accederás a un espacio diáfano en el que no encontrarás a faltar de nada. 2 terrazas para tu uso exclusivo La piscina, barbacoa, el solárium y el patio son compartidos con mi nieta y conmigo. En verano puede coincidir también mi familia, siempre con respeto a la privacidad de los huéspedes.

Loft in the middle of nature

Relax and stay in the heart of nature, next to the Empordà. The loft is an annex to the main house with a separate entrance. The studio is fully equipped with everything you need for a weekend or longer stays. Shared pool with a beautiful view. The area is ideal for cycling or walking around. Not recommended for children between 0 and 12 years old.

It is a small wooden house, the space is small but it has a double bed with a closet and a table, it continues with a mini kitchen with everything equipped, a bathroom and shower, a garden terrace with a small table and chairs and ocean views. It is close but independent of the host's house.
