Wir begrüßen Sie herzlich im Weinort Theilheim. Näher kann man der Natur nicht sein. Die nahegelegene Barockstadt Würzburg ist über einen malerischen Radweg (ca. 10 km) zu erreichen. Die ca. 32 m2 große Einzimmer-Ferienwohnung wurde 2024 frisch renoviert (max. für 2 Personen). Zur umfangreichen Ausstattung gehören Backofen, Spülmaschine, 43 Zoll QLED Fernseher, Digitalradio, Föhn uvm. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden während Ihres Aufenthaltes zur Verfügung gestellt. Brötchenservice optional.

Modern studio apartment with kitchen, bathroom and large balcony in a quiet location. In the living room is a pull-out bed with mattress and a pull-out sofa. 2 people can sleep comfortably on each. Kitchen and bathroom are newly renovated and fully equipped. There is a tram stop about 500 meters from the apartment. From there, it is about a 10-minute drive to the city. Aldi, Lidl, as well as a gas station that is open 24 hours are within approx. 5 minutes' walking distance.

Our nest overlooking the vineyards

My nest is a high-quality furnished apartment. The way to the 2nd floor is rewarded with a stunning view of the vineyards and the Main Valley. In the morning you can watch the sunrise from the living area, in the evening the floor-to-ceiling windows invite you to watch the lights of the night. The apartment is on the second floor of a two-family house with access via the shared staircase. The apartment consists of a spacious living/dining area, two bedrooms & a bathroom.

Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

Ο χώρος είναι ανακαινισμένος με πολύ φροντίδα και προσήλωση στις ανάγκες μιας οικογένειας. Ο κήπος με την παιδική χαρά είναι κοινόχρηστος και βρίσκεται πίσω από το διαμέρισμα ! Ιδανικό μέρος για οικογενειακές διακοπές λόγω του πλήρους εξοπλισμού. Βρεφική κούνια, καθίσμα φαγητού, παιδική πολυθρόνα και κάθισμα μπάνιου είναι στον εξοπλισμό του σπιτιού. Η στάση λεωφορείου είναι 2 λεπτά από το διαμέρισμα. Χώρος στάθμευσης χωρίς επιβαρύνσεις σε δημόσιο χώρο.

Living on the Main 1a-ammain

Das Haus liegt nur wenige Meter vom Main entfernt und steht Ihnen komplett zur Verfügung. Direkte Anbindung an den Maintalradweg nach Würzburg (8km). Fahrräder können im Trockenen in der Scheune abgestellt und geladen werden. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind auf der Straße vor dem Haus verfügbar. Die Fußgängerbrücke nach Veitshöchheim ist 500 Meter entfernt. Spielplätze und eine Gaststätte mit Biergarten sind ca. 200 Meter vom Haus weg.

Quietly relax in the countryside

Lean back & relax on the sofa, in the bathtub or with a glass of Franconian wine on the balcony after a long sightseeing day in the nearby city of Würzburg, 8 km away, a hike on our ILE panoramic hiking trail or a bike tour on the Mainradweg. You can get a sprinkling from the TV in the bedroom with a freshly brewed tea or coffee from the machine. Cook for yourself or let the Italians, Indians or Turks spoil you on site.

Welcome to our modern and quiet apartment. The apartment (24 sqm) was only completed in 2024 with a lot of passion and, in addition to the cozy furnishings, of course also has all the amenities of a new building. The apartment invites long-term vacationers, bike tourists or professional commuters alike to linger. Margetshöchheim is located directly on the Main, opposite Veitshöchheim, about 7 km from Würzburg.

The 2-room apartment with bathroom and fully equipped kitchen is a 2-minute walk from the market square. The Ulmer Hof tram stop is right in front of the property. The apartment is in the center of Würzburg, so it can get noisy on weekends despite good insulation. We provide bed linens and towels, as well as spices, tea, coffee and a small gift from Franconia to make your stay and time enjoyable.

Bright accommodation at Ringpark

The bright and central apartment is located directly between the Ringpark and Südbahnhof Würzburg. It is designed for up to 4 overnight guests. In the bedroom there is a 1.60m wide bed and in the living room a sofa bed also 1.60m wide. The kitchen is fully equipped. In addition to a spacious shower tray, the bathroom also has a washer-dryer, which also allows longer stays.
