The apartment is located in an idyllic secluded location in a beech forest on one of the seven hills that surround the city of Kirchberg. At the foot of the Ore Mountains. We want to convey the peace and security of this unique location to our guests. The apartment (80 square meters) is on the first floor (entrance area with 4 steps) in the landlord's house with a separate entrance. Wi-Fi and parking space available.

Freiberg and the Erzgebirge are within easy reach – perfect for excursions, hiking or winter sports. The apartment is on the ground floor, above which a tenant lives. I am available any time. Our beautiful apartment is located in the Chemnitz - Reichenhain district. It offers a modern fully equipped kitchen, living room and bedroom, a daylight bathroom with bathtub/shower. The living room is equipped with a cozy couch, TV chair, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi and stereo. The couch can be used as a full bed for 1-2 people. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable box spring bed, a single bed and a large wardrobe.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit sehr guten Anbindungen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Von hier aus seid Ihr schnell in der City aber ebenso schnell im Landschaftsschutzgebiet. Viel Spaß hier in Dresden :). Ps. Wir vermieten in der Regel nicht für gewerbliche Gäste. TV nur Netflix :)
